Literally worst place to be seen save your money and time. I went for an appointment a week ago for a medication refill mind you medication I’ve been taking since I was 7! Was told by the Dr. that I would need to be seen by a psychiatrist because I had no records in the Florida which is understandable as I am from South Dakota. What is not okay is the whole time the Dr. made me feel like I was doing something with meds whether that be selling them or abusing the drug which is not the case at all as I take it everyday. I agreed to see a psychiatrist was told they would set up an appointment and they would call me very shortly. Fast forward a week I try calling the location the location says they open at 7am but I could not get through to even be put on hold until 7:30 I finally get through to the actual location and the receptionist tells me they are at full capacity and are no longer accepting patients for medication psychiatrists. She tells me I need to find a new primary location. I did not receive a call from the office had no response on my chart nothing only to wait a week and to find out what the hold up on the process was. Worst experience ever and I would stay clear of this location the rating says it all.

Very conveniently located. Been having my appointments here for years now & the waiting period is not long (usually within 5 minutes of appointment time. Excellent health care providers with great service.

After today this will be my last day here. I tried holding on because of my doctor, but I will no longer. It amazes me how they’re NEVER on time to ANY of my appointments. Not 20 minutes. Not 30 minutes, but 1-2 HOURS!! Yet, they’ve told me twice that they weren’t able to take me unless I pay a $15.00 copay right then & there. They don’t even try to work with you. They just flat out say no, regardless of the severity of your appointment or my loyalty to this clinic. I’ve been with them a little over a year now & I’m officially done. I will not continue to receive care here anymore!

I’m also currently waiting on a virtual appointment to start (2:00) and it is now 2:38. My point exactly. Last day, like I said!

Worst place to go, they always dismiss you & how you feel and make you feel like stuff you tell them not confidential.. it always feel like they judging you smh & they love to cut you off. ill never recommend this place to anyone. I wish I can rate it zero STARS. They only there for a CHECK not their patients

New patient I met with ms.capote,very sweet,listened and gave a lot of feedback and it was trash to get referrals ! Also I waited at most 5 mins in waiting room it’s was pretty good first time experience!

Take ur child somewhere else this people make so many mistakes dcs don’t show up they change ur appts at last minute then reschedule u wrong u call to say something they don’t make it right sick and tired of this staff so unprofessional 🤬

This is a horrible place. I went in as a new patient for a Pap smear, and after an hour of me waiting, they decided to tell me that they do not do pap smears on patients. So I complain and they brought The “ Clinical supervisor” Out to talk to me, and she was very inconsiderate, Making excuses for the staff. Her name was lovely parker. She told me it was nothing they could’ve done to prevent the situation. Didn’t apologize for the inconvenience but was very rude. So I called UF patient care and Filed a complaint. They were supposed to be calling me back within 12 days, no one ever called so I followed up and was told that they closed the complaint and refused to follow up with me.

After this review I received a call from patient relations and the situation was rectified!

Disgusting and most traumatizing experience ever. I waiting in that waiting room for 2 hours i had to call the office to find out what is taking so long and the dr. Told me i need to see my obgyn which i dont have one, i litterally just seen someone may 2nd and juat got my referral so i dont have an Obgyn, so i sat there and the doctor i made the appointment with wouldnt even come on the video and see me at all and i made the appointment and waited days for it ... never have i been treated like this and still the office havent even call the meds they say they would call in for me... i filed a complaint with my insurance already and i hope they dpnt get payed for this visit. HORRIBLE
