If I could give this practice 0 stars I would! This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a doctors. My appointment was at 8:40 and after an hour I still had not been seen. I spoke with the Office Manager Cheryl and she was absolutely no help whatsoever. She told me instead of seeing me the Doctor did a virtual visit instead she wasn’t sure why this happened but there was nothing she could do and that I would have to continue to wait even longer for the doctor. I voiced to her how ridiculously this experience had been and that it wasn’t not right that I came here for help only to be looked over. I expressed to her how I drove an hour just to get here and that I have to be to work and I can’t continue to wait. She did not seem to genuinely care because she just gave me a tired rehearsed speech of “I understand”. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT!!!

This review is to the service of a staff member, not of Dr. Pratt.
I’ve been a patient to Dr. Pratt for well over 7 years and Dr. Pratt is a wonderful doctor but the new staff PARTICULARLY the unprofessional, unpleasant, rude, temperamental, neck rolling, zero respect giving, client specialist TAMARA, needs to be in a paper filing position or cleaning bathrooms. That would better suit her attitude and requires minimal people skills.
She lacks the ability to speak to patients with respect and she speaks as if she is one conversation away from violating HIPPA laws. I’ve previously observed her lack of professionalism with other patients in the past being checked in and I thought she was just having a bad day, but no, she is just most definitely the most unpleasant person in Dr. Pratts office. She most definitely DOES NOT need to be the first face nor point of contact for Dr. Pratts. Ignorance is contagious, and I’ve always had good energy in Dr. Pratts office until this female started working there. I had to ask her if she was having a bad day because the way she was speaking to me was extremely unacceptable. I’ve never been spoken to with such disrespect at this office and I’ll find another Doctor before I subject myself to this type of treatment.

DR. KAELEY IS SO RUDE SHE ASKED ME A QUESTION AND SHE KEPT CUTTING ME OFF BEFORE I CAN ANSWER THE QUESTION.. SHE REFUSED TO REFER 2 OF MY PRESCRIPTIONS SHE SENT MY REFERRAL TO THE WRONG INSURANCE COMPANY.. I DON'T LIKE HOW THE RECEPTION HAS TO ASK ABOUT THE MENSTRUAL CYCLE OUT LOUD IN FRONT OF ALL THOSE PATIENTS

I made an appointment to see Dr. Pratt. As a new resident to Jacksonville seeking to find a primary physician, I was impressed by her reviews. After waiting for almost 2 hours yes 2 hours, because the “doctor” was running behind, I was greeted by a nurse practitioner. Under the impression that Dr. Pratt would come in shortly after, my entire visit was with the nurse practitioner. After expressing my concerns for my visit, I felt my visit was a waste of my time. She suggested things that was not related to what I expressed to her and the suggestions she made was not confident causing uncertainty in her delivery. When a patient comes in due to life threatening concerns, it’s expected that anyone they see have some sense of knowledge. I was dissatisfied with the service I received. As a patient, I should have been made aware that I would not see an actual doctor. I was never told that I would see a nurse practitioner until I was greeted by one. Unfortunately I will not ever visit this location.

Whoever the lady is who is no ms. Pratt is astoundingly misinformed and speaks on things she does not know of such as laws having to do with medical things. I’d advise she educated herself before speaking on certain issues especially when she doesn’t have a broad range of knowledge about the specifics of that issue. You’re a doctor; if I tell you my pain is 10 treat it like a 10 and not how you think I feel because you’re not me. I’m the patient and I’ll tell you exactly how I feel; treat me as such.

Dr is ok. But the wait time for a virtual appointment. Is 30 minutes to a hour!! Which one hour is not good at keeping patients waiting for a hour!!
