Best Clinic staff I have ever worked with! Brenda’s Management during challenging times is truly admirable. Her genuine care for her staff goes above and beyond. Team lead Alex and staff remains calm, focused, and gave clarity when most needed. This is a place where support, learning, and wellness merge, creating a community where every employee feels valued and empowered to discover their full potential. There was always someone there to help, provide guidance and advice.
Mrs. Lucia (APRN), a boundless fountain of knowledge, generously dedicating time to enlighten me with new insights. Her unwavering dedication to empowering patients' physical and mental well-being is profoundly inspiring! I will truly miss everyone!

My kids have been going for quite some time. I just started going. It's been a bit since I've been to a doctor, but everyones kindness, attentiveness, and bedside manner have me at ease. That is not an easy feat. 😅
100% recommend.
If I moved to Jax, I'd still make the trip here.

The front office staff and medical assistant were lovely. I would avoid seeing Lucia Lintner APRN as she would not let me even finish explaining why I was there before she cut me off more than 3x. Lucia, if you cannot enter an exam room with a new patient while having an open mind, please change your profession. It takes a lot of guts to go out and seek help for mental health only to be totally dismissed. Would not recommend this entitled woman to anyone. She assumed she knew more about me and my body than I did after speaking to me for less than 5 minutes.

Not worth it anymore given all the other locations. Input in the self check in that I needed to speak to someone about insurance. The receptionist never checked or called me up, just scrolled through her phone on the desk. I had to approach her just to be turned away over miscommunication. Along with this, she never attempted to check notes on the miscommunication with my appointment, just brushed it off and sent me away. This office is just unprofessional compared to other UF health locations.

Horrible, they have my test results and keep saying providers are too busy so they call to reschedule my appointments. No one can read my results. They say providers are on vacation or have other obligations and for some reason I keep being put off and this has been going on since October 2022. I had an appointment tomorrow once again and they just called me to say one provider is on vacation, the provider I have schedule has surgeries tomorrow and can't see me, and there's one provider that will be available but they are overwhelmed.

This office used to be good, easy to call in and reach a front desk person. Not anymore! Call goes to central office in Jax and they never answer the phone. I refuse to wait on hold longer than 10min. I am switching do Doctors next year.
