Keep this staff at all costs!!! They are everything you need when facing an unfortunate situation. They are empathetic, understanding, extremely kind and professional. I don't live near this location, I was visiting family who does and it was the closest ER. That being said, I would drive from China to be treated by this fantastic staff! Hands down, the BEST hospital experience I've ever had. Ms. Catrina even prayed with/for me. They are Angels on Earth and I sincerely thank you all. Thank you!!

Clean, decent location, and open 24 hours. The staff is professional and courteous. This is a great urgent care emergency facility with knowledgeable staff. If you go in the early morning or late at night, they may only have 1 doctor there so wait times might be longer than usual via sitting in the lobby or one of the exam rooms so plan accordingly.

I had a wonderful experience at New Kings Urgent Care. I had gone to the Lane Ave location but they were packed to the brim. Since my Healthcare providers are in the UF network, I prefer to be seen at their acute centers since they will have access to my records. I was actually on my way to their hospital at River City but my husband asked if there was another acute center along the way and I saw this one come up on Google. From the time I walked in up to my exit, I was greeted with professionalism and felt at ease with my treatment plan. My concerns weren't rushed or dismissed. I even received helpful preventative tips to improve my overall health outcomes. It was quite a pleasant experience.

I had an amazing experience with this facility. After a bad fall I was taken here to make sure my leg wasn't dislocated after a knee replacement. Everyone from Rescure to hospital personnel were very professional and helpful. The took very good care of me and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. They listened to me and didn't try to talk over me. I couldn't have had better care.

Asking how much things cost before they’re performed is not allowed, then get a bill that’s 5x higher than the national average and saying the bill is non negotiable seems like robbery.
Wouldn’t have know any information about this visit if I wouldn’t have had to correct the person keying in the billing information with the 6” fingernails miss entering email, phone number, etc.
Everything here seems like a giant force to get you to sign up for government assistance if you’re paying cash with no insurance (racket). I’ve seriously lost a lot of faith in the medical industry.

Other than that, the facility and services performed while I was there were top notch.

The doctors and nurses were the best they were all friendly and very helpful 10 out 10 anytime I ever have to go to a hospital I would recommend this one. They were very clean and fast as well just all around satisfied with my experience

I had a great experience at this urgent care. I’ve never been to one that was friendly, timely, welcoming, and took the time to understand my health problems and concerns. The testing was fast, getting treated and serviced was fast. Dr. Bryant is absolutely incredible, all the nurses from settling me in and giving me shots were amazing. Front area was clean, friendly staff at the front desk.
