Thank you Archer Family Healthcare for always providing genuine one on one excellent care!!!!
I love all the people here they take such good care of me.
I came in with flu like systems, cough, weakness, unable to breath.
I called them and Shana didnt make an apt, just told me to head that way. And Ashley seen me and Chikako gave me a nebulizer breathing treatment and she is always concerned very focused on providing the best care, Ashley came back in and she Is so knowledgeable and knows me, you can tell when she comes in she has read previous notes about me and she is so very nice and just like family!
Listen people, I work in healthcare and places like this dont exist and excellent care just doesn’t happen.
They are the best!!!
I will never stop going there, been seeing them since early 2000’s
I love them!!
They gave me a breathing treatment and Z-Pack.

If you’re looking for personable care in primary care, look no further!
I promise you will not be disappointed!!

The price is low, the wait time is minimal, and the employees are always really nice. But does anybody who works here actually know what they're doing? No. Would I recommend it? Absolutely not!

Here's what'll happen after you make your appoinment: You'll drive out to the middle of nowhere, you'll press the buzzer to gain entry to their little building, you'll pay your little fee, you'll be walked to a little backroom where you start talking about your problems, and then they'll either a) refer you to someone else who can actually help or b) prescribe you the maximum dosage (or more) of a drug they know next to nothing about and then leave you high and dry once you start experiencing the horrible side effects.

It isn't worth the savings or the time or the friendly smiles. It isn't worth your health. Trust me. Keep looking.

I couldn't be happier with this clinic. My kids have been patients here for 6 years. These nurses and assistants are extremely caring and thorough. They take the time to listen and ask questions and they always make sure we understand everything and we are fully satisfied with our visit. Wait times are short, walk-ins are available as well. My daughter is athsmatic and sometimes we have to go there unplanned. They always take her back quickly and get her the treatment she needs. I wouldnt take my kids anywhere else.

The mid wives and NP's here are great and the lab techs. However the amount of not giving a rat's behind with the office staff makes coming here terrible. One of the ladies is really super sweet and nice and the other will leave you on hold while they go to lunch.

The lady who left me on hold has been replaced, they now have perfect staff. I love this place all around now. 😀

Excellent care, immaculate facility, extremely short wait times (if any), staff knowledgeable and very helpful to people with disabilities and mental health challenges. Medicare-Medicaid friendly. We make the trek all the way out from Gainesville and well worth it.

My wife works at Shands hospital and she picked this place for me and I'm glad she did. Staff here is very friendly from the front desk to the back, came there with some problems and they fixed me right up. They are always on time and are very knowledgeable, best health care center that I've ever been to & wont go anywhere else

I have had great experiences with EVERYONE except for Joanne. Who is a class A narcissist who just talks over you and then claims you are talking over her. I couldn't finish a sentence or my question when speaking with her and she claimed it was I who was taking over her. Well I had other people with me who could hear her talk and were APPALLED that that was supposed to be the person in charge at my doctors office. APPALLED at her treatment of her clients. Refuses to answer questions clearly or even at all. Is horribly rude, talks down to you, speaks quickly and in run on sentences so she can end phone calls and conversations on her own terms without ever having to hear what you have to say or your question which the call was originally about. So then you're left confused and a victim to her ridiculously inept ability to communicate professionally.
