EXPECT ~$500 in charges for a routine visit. I had the worst experience possible this urgent care. I was charged $391 for the visit, $151 for a Covid test which they recommended (came back negative) and $120 for a strep throat test. Insurance helped but left me with a $448 bill and the prices didn't match the self pay price sheet in the office. I spoke with there billing department for 45 minutes (on hold for 18 minutes) and they could not tell me why the charges were significantly more with insurance. Will never come back here, definitely something fishy with the billing!

1. Short Wait time. I did a walk in at around 4:30 pm. Front desk said that estimate wait time is 1 hour but I waited for like 10-20 mins to be seen. Super fast
2. People are Professional. I got my nose swapped and after 10 mins the result shows exactly what thing I got. Then the doctor came in and prescribed me the medicine I needed. Whole process is short and effective. Would recommend. Next time I got something I am definitely gonna go to this location again.

The place was clean. All staff from reception to doctors, treated me with dignity and kindness. They made sure I was comfortable and listened to my concerns. They advised me to go to the ER if the situation did not improve. This is a high quality place to receive treatment. Thank you all for taking great care of me.

The doctor and staff member are very helpful and nice. All the process including online reservation, registration, and onsite diagnosis and treatment is very speedy and smooth. The facility is nice and clean.

Update: I dropped two stars. Their price is outrageously high. For the cheapest level of office visit (simple disease, less than 30-40 minutes of visit time), they will charge more than $390. Cost of anything else such as lab tests is additional (usually $120-150 per lab test). I had visited urgent care services in Boston, Chicago, etc. before, the price of this urgent care is three times higher. If you don't want to be surprised by an expensive bill, I suggest you think of alternative. One of the two dropped stars is because the clinic is not accessible over phone, and it is difficult to communicate with their billing office. I saw another customer had exact experience in a previous review.

I reserved my spot for 6:45, showed up 30 min early and was brought in ~7 then out by 7:30ish! Only downside was being brought in a little late but overall, the fastest urgent care I've experienced before from being brought to the room and being seen!

Was able to get appointment quickly when a nasty cold and cough would not go away. Online registration eliminated the need to complete a bunch of paperwork in office. The wait was not long. Pleasant staff.

I would avoid this urgent care at all costs if you can. I have insurance, ended up with a $600 bill for what amounted to a 10 minute visit and a recommendation to go to an ER.

The worst part is that there seems to be no way to even pay the bill, I've tried their app, their website, two different call centers that just transfer me back and forth among one another. Everything about this experience has been ridiculous.
