The nurses were very nice and professional, along with the front desk staff. They're the only reason I'm rating this visit a 2. Dr. Wenli Wang needs to work on her bedside manor and rudeness. Was very offended about how she treated me and the attitude she had. I told the nurses because i was visibly upset about being there and being treated like I'm a liar. They told me I'm not the first one to complain about Dr. Wang. Makes me want to go elsewhere for my next ER visit. Was not impressed with her at all.

The doctor and nurses were so helpful. The dr diagnosed my issue right off hand. He was very knowledgeable and did everything he could in the ER for me.

WOW ! ! !
Super Blessed & Super Professional Performance by ALL ?
BTW, I am naming NAMES:
I came in ASVC Emergency Room with a # 8 grade Migraine Headache about 17:30.

Receptionist Devon only took about 5 minutes before she called me forward to check me in.
Very fast chech in.
Before check in was over, Triage Nurse Ariel scooped me up performed all vitals before escorting me thru the double doors to be evaluated. Super Professional Performance by Nurse Ariel ? thank You Ariel for your professionalim and speed.
Once in room & before I had time to get comfortable, DR. DARREN WILLIAMS came in to exam me ? Dr. Williams understood Migraines very well & was well versed with the four shot combo of Tordol, zofran, dexamethasone & benadryl.
Dr. Williams even enquired how I usually took it, he offered iv or injections.
I said injections. Thank You Dr. Williams for your professionalim & speed.
Less than 5 minutes, Nurse Kristen came onto room with the 4 injection. She administered injection gently and professionally.
Thank You Nurse Kristen for your professionalim and speed.
Without a doubt this seems to be one of the most professionally run & patient oriented Emergency Rooms I have been in
Thank You, Thank You, Thank You Emergency Rooms Staff @ ASVC Hospital.
This means SO VERY MUCH to someone who has MIGRAINE HEADACHES on a regular basis.
Thank You & God Bless You

As for reception and nurses all was good. As for th e dr. that came to my room I did not like. I would like one that at least touches the problem and not says i need to walk more. I couldn't hardly walk. She never even put her hands on me. I have had celluitis for a week and previous antibiotics weren't wirking.Dr.wang was her name. I don't believe I'd go back.

Nurses are extremely rude, asked for a blanket and the guy asked why do you need a blanket. It took 5 hours for the visit which I know this isn't a far food but that is ridiculous. Stains all on the bed.not to mention the dr came in for a second and left never seen him again.

Dr Wang/Wong couldn't tell if it was an A or O on the board was the worst. Didn't want to listen. Asked why I came to the ER and not a primary Dr. Half the people that was there were there because they thought they had COVID. They could have went to their primary Dr. I was there in horrible pain with a lump in my side. She didnt even look at it or examine it. Told me it's nothing life threatening and I left still in pain and not knowing what the issue was. Her bedside manners are horrible. Wouldn't recommend her to anyone.

Well we signed in as soon as we got there and the triage nurse said we would be called back very shortly but people that came in well after us to go back before me , but I needed an xray so I figured it was the xray taking a little longer. We sat there and then one of the nurses came back to get a patient for an xray that came in about 45 minutes after us. So we went to the receptionist desk to ask how much longer and the receptionist said she would check on it. Well come to find out and the triage nurse didn’t finish submitting all of my paper work. But we got called right on back then. After being called back they took 3 xrays, assessed the damage, sewed me up and referred me to a hand specialist in just a little over an hour. Other than the 2hr waiting room wait, My experience in the back went smooth and fast!
