Saw all the good reviews but am personally very disappointed with the care I’ve received thus far. Nobody answering the phone when I called for days should’ve been the first sign to go elsewhere but I persisted by making an appointment in person. Test were ran to assess my complaints but when they came back normal the issues I have been having for months continue to be unaddressed. My provider put in my chart that we had a conversation about my “obesity” that we did not have. I was referred to do a sleep study for my appointment in February. I still don’t have a sleep study scheduled despite attempting to set one up. Overall just not a great experience where I can say I felt cared for.

This is the most professional, most caring, and most efficient medical office I have ever had the pleasure to work with on my primary care medical needs. I have been with them for almost 20 years, and have never received anything less than the best of care. Dr. Cumagun and her staff are incredible!

I love visiting my Dr, office. From the moment you walk in you get VIP service. They are. Friendly, professional and give warm welcomes. My Dr. Listens to my needs intently and gives feedback back. My Dr. Explains things so you are able to understand. I am very fortunate to have such an outstanding team.

The facility is very nice, convenient with plenty of parking. Dr Cumagun is very nice. As far as I know, she’s excellent! Very pleasant and friendly on my appointments. Super nice staff! She’s so good that she is apparently overbooked, b/c I usually have to wait a long time for an appointment and also to actually get to see her when I get there! But so far, she’s worth the long wait.

This has always been a great place to go and I'm sure it still is. They have always taken walk-in's but today I was told they no longer take walk-in's. I guess I was just a little butt hurt because I did not know you had to make an appointment. Maybe next time guys.

The staff was nice including the doctor, but the doctor didn’t attempt to run any kind of tests to rule out the flu, pneumonia, or covid. He checked my breathing, my throat, and my ears then told me it was sinuses & prescribed me antibiotics and Flonase. While this may or may not be true, I believe that being in his care, he should have swabbed my nose and throat just in case. I will not be visiting that clinic again.

Been a patient there for several years, constant turnovers and called to be seen and the last NP is on leave until next month and the current doctors are completely booked until then. If you are looking for someone that can see you when you are in need, this is not for you.
