I just checked in. Got here early for my appointment. Soon as I hit the door. A blonde hair white young lady scrolling on her Facebook page with her phone at 2:00 said oh you can go around to window 1 without speaking. I went over to the young black lady Jasmine who smiled and welcomed me. She was very polite and she ask for my information. The white girl saw another patient that was white came by and she said you can come to this weekend and helped her. Thank God for the nice young lady because I would take my business somewhere is. Good customer service is best practice

I have yet to run into any problem with this facility. The front desk staff are always friendly and quick if you are calling with an issue or if you're coming in for a visit. I was worried my new insurance wouldn't be taken with Freeman but luckily it was no problem.

Freeman's new tech, Erica, could not possibly be any sweeter. She was very helpful getting me information I needed for a specialist and just super kind.

Now for Freeman... it is hard for me to find someone I can trust and be open with, but she makes it so easy. She is definitely following her calling. I would never want to have to see a different doctor. She gets 10000 stars from me.

Lea Freeman is amazing and so is Martha that does scheduling and one other older nurse that works with one of the other physicians. Lab is always super nice as well. However, anyone else at the front desk is extremely rude, don’t know what they are doing, and some of the things they have said to me and other patients is so beyond unprofessional that I don’t know what to call it. I only go there for Lea Freeman, she ever leaves, I’m leaving too.

Denied appointment and told I need to find a babysitter. I must say I absolutely love my doctor so when he moved here I followed him but it's been a nightmare dealing with other staff members. But today sealed the deal to find another place and encourage others to do the same. I had a scheduled appointment today. This is summer so my 2 daughters had to come with me today. I normally would prefer them not to be with me but I didn't ever think I couldn't see my doctor if they were with me. I came in tried to check in and was greeted by an extremely rude staff member telling me I could only have 1 visitor with me. I said they aren't visitors they are my kids 10 & 6 & we all have on mask. I was then told they would have to cancel and I needed to get a babysitter. The reality of motherhood is that it's not always that simple. The fact that whatever I had medically going on wasn't valued as much as the you can't have your kids with you rule definitely showed me the lack of care and concern this facility has for patients. Based on my Experience it is my opinion NO one should come here if you want a place that cares about your medical needs or care because I couldn't even get to the doctor to express any of my medical needs.

I have a friend who I carry there to see Lee Freeman.
Up until recently, I was impressed by her and the front staff and the nurses.
For a week and a half my friend has been sick and is needing to see Lee . She's tried several times to contact Lee on her patient portal concerning her health issues and to ask about an rx she was supposed to send to her pharmacy that she has yet to receive.
Recently we found out by a staff member that trying to contact Lee on her portal was a waist of time ,enough though the messages go straight to her . My friend has repeatedly left messages for Lee's nurse to please contact her but has no luck . Her home health nurse has also called, left messages for a return call ...with no results .
The front staff members are rude and uncaring. Patients do not seem to matter to any of them anymore .
I am NO LONGER impressed by anyone there . I had thought about using Lee Freeman and that clinic but after setting back observing ,listening to how they were treated and spoken to other patients in the front and how my friend's care has been repeatedly ignored by Lee and her staff , there is absolutely NO WAY I would use them or recommend them .
My friend is considered high risk ,she has heart disease, diabetes, etc...
Each patients health matters to them ,clearly it does not matter to ANY of the staff there .
After several years of using Lee as her health provider, she is considering going somewhere else . She NO LONGER receives HEALTH CARE at that facility. A patients care should not be ignored by anyone in the medical field.
I find it to be a disgrace and inhumane.
If anyone takes their health care seriously... please find another provider!!!!

Dr. Sodhi is one and a million. Having her as a Dr. is fantastic! Unfortunately, it's overshadowed by her lazy, incompetent staff (specifically her nurse, Toni), who won't return phone calls, answer portal messages or call in scripts. Having to deal with this office is more hassle than it's worth.

Sodhi, fire her and get some good staff in your office. You're too good a Dr. to have reviews like this.

I been going here 20 years or better. Dr. Bryant retired he took care of my wifes family for longer than I've been going. Dr. Smith has filled his shoes and doing a great job. We still have my favorite nurse Donna who remembers everything gets you set up and ready. No BS figure's out what's going on gives you your options and your out and scheduled for your follow up. And to the guy who said the ladies up front are rude they stay wide open it's by appointment and if you call and need to be seen they do there best. It's a doctor's office not a walk in urgent care!!
