Dr. Sodhi is an amazing doctor, and a year ago I would have recommended her to anyone. Over the past year or two there has been a really high turn over of front desk people and Dr. Sodhi's nurse changed.

Since then it is impossible to get a call back from the nurse even if they left you a voicemail, and the billing always has issues. You also sit in the waiting room way past appointment times, sometimes more than a half hour. (I once had to request a co-pay refund after I waited an hour past my appointment time, and was going to miss an important meeting.) I have tried talking to the staff, and the office manager, Shelly, a couple of times because I want to keep Dr. Sodhi as my primary, but her staff is awful. My roomate saw her once a few months ago after they moved in, and said they wouldn't be going back due to admin issues.

I am disabled with multiple ongoing health issues so finding a new doctor and getting comfortable with them is a long process. I held out for over a year hoping it was new staff getting used to it, but after my most recent appointment and being told by the nurse that I hadn't discussed a prescription with a doctor, when it was in the visit notes on the portal, I have finally given up and will be looking for a new doctor. It is really a shame, because like I said, Dr. Sodhi is an amazing and compassionate doctor, but dealing with her staff will give you high blood pressure.

Dr. Gould has seen my son and my dad and on both occasions he exceeded my expectations with his professionalism and caring attitude. I would recommend Dr. Gould to anyone with orthopedic issues. His support staff was also caring and went out of their way to make sure my family was taken care of.

Dr. Sod hi is the best primary care doctor I’ve ever had. She does a great job of being thorough and genuinely caring about her patients health as well as moving quickly and efficiently to get you in and out. The staff is friendly and helpful as well.

Our child woke up having with a cough and some difficulty breathing - arrived and was taken back almost immediately. We had never had a child emergency so we were uncertain if we should go here or children downtown. We made the decision to go here first as it was closer and breathing related. Also could bring both parents so that was nice! In our room, the Nurse came in very quick and identified cause as croup. Doctor within 20 and recofnirmed then we had first breathing treatment within first 30 minutes. Steroid shortly after and a second treatment before we were released to go home with prescription. We were pleasantly surprised by how efficient and nice everyone was for 1 in the morning. Luckily nothing worse but would go back if we needed emergency care! Last emergency visit to Grandview was 6 hours of waiting and when we were in florida almost 8 hours before anything so compared to those this was great! I never have high expectations for emergency care but I am relieved we were in and out with such good care so quickly!

So many reasons why I’m unhappy with this place. Your just a number there and all they care about is making that money. They will force you to come in every 3 months or else you will not get refills on your meds. It doesn’t matter if your a new patient or long term patient that’s been on the same meds. The office manager is so rude to put it nicely. So rude and unprofessional there.
Very unorganized on the nurses end as well.she has messed up a Rx there and took me getting the insurance and the nurse on the phone to get it straightened out. The nurse didn’t fill out the form correctly. That took over a month of going back and fourth to get authorization.
Also, they let my husband who is also a patient there go without his meds after he spoke directly to the nurse and has been a patient there for a ling time. They forced him to come in. never again!
I’ve received better care at a Doc in a box over this place! Smh
