Its very upsetting that they have a good, nice, caring doctor, but the staff is horrible. Starting with the supervisor, they made me call my health insurance and then advised they were not able to see me as they were closing and I sat there for hours waiting, when they had confirmed my child's health insurance had been switched.

I had an excellent experience at Tweedy Medical Center! The service was incredibly fast, which is a huge plus for a walk-in clinic. Nurse Practitioner Jasmine was absolutely wonderful. She was attentive, professional, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. The entire staff was friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Tweedy Medical Center for anyone seeking prompt and quality medical care.

Do NOT come here!! Worst clinic ever!! I only came here for convenience . I called for ultrasound results and they said they were told to wait 4 weeks for results. I asked why so long and they said “call them yourself” so yea that’s what I did. RUDE much?!! so when I called the place they said they faxed it a while back . They technically had me back and forth. I called the clinic again and they said that’s what they were told. I said that’s not what they told me. They faxed it already. The girls at the front desk started giving me attitude so I gave her attitude back. So unprofessional!! I asked to talk to the doctor and was asked to come in they had the results ready. Ok Once I went in the Doctor was not nice she was so rude and arrogant didn’t listen to anything I had to say and to make it worse they didn’t help me with my abdominal pains. I felt like it was a waste of my time and she couldn’t figure out why I had those pains. Till now I still have pains and don’t know what to do but stay home and rest I’m definitely thinking of changing doctors and ask for a second opinion. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!!

Stay away from this clinic. They are lazy and disrespectful. They disregard any gratitude you show as if they didn’t want to get you the help you need. The Dr. is clueless. You can’t complain to the manager either because they will take the medical assistants side. Also don’t try to ask the medical assistants to do better because they will try to start a physical fight.

The absolute WOSRT clinic ever! I’ve been coming here for years and the service has gotten so bad! The clinic is very outdated and the male doctor is very old. They’ve gone through so many changes of staff and the girls who work there now are so RUDE. You say hi or thank you and they don’t even acknowledge you. They seem so miserable. The wait takes FOREVER. Last time I waited there for over 2 hours just to be seen by the doctor and there was hardly anyone there. My last visit I was seen by the female doctor and she said in my blood tests she was positive that I had arthritis and I was so confused because it was out of nowhere and I kept asking her questions she couldn’t give me answers to. I asked the nurses to double check my paperwork and they said they didn’t see anything about arthritis on there and they were just as confused. Why would the doctor give me false information about my health and she was POSITIVE I had arthritis but it didn’t show up in my paperwork. It also was time for a Pap smear so I asked for one and she refused to give it to me! I was mainly there for a physical and you’d think after waiting 2 hours they would have done it, NO! I went for no reason and it was a huge waste of time. All they did was a urine analysis and drew my blood. The medical assistant who drew my blood did the whole procedure WITHOUT GLOVES ON. That’s so disgusting and dangerous not to mention it’s an OSHA violation. I should know because I work in the medical field doing that exact job, phlebotomy. I left without getting any of my needed work done and I called 2 weeks later because I never got my test results back and the girl I spoke with had the nastiest attitude ever and was gaslighting me when I told her I didn’t get my physical or Pap smear done. She kept going back and forth with me and I told her straight up why would I lie about not getting my physical double check the paperwork before you speak. Whole conversation took about 45 minutes and she finally realized I in fact did not get any of that work done and she wanted me to come in. SCREW YOU! Screw this clinic. I filed a complaint with OSHA because clearly they’re not practicing safe procedures and the doctors don’t care about the patients at all. AVOID THIS CLINIC AT ALL COSTS

I've been coming to this clinic for while because of convenience, however I've had bad experiences everytime I come. Long wait, rude customer service over the phone and in person. They close for lunch and sometimes don't open till next day.
Patients come in for diferent medical reasons and staff including doctors have no empathy. I brought my teen to get his last shot that's required for college and apparently he got that shot a few years back and they never noted this down and yet we had to wait three hours for them to figure this out.
Doctors are just as rude and that makes sense for bad management .

Somebody please reach out to this clinic and train these girls to stop their bad behavior towards patients.
Makes me sad that they don't have the proper training for front desk, phone skills etc People are sometimes in desperate need to be seen for severe maters .

STAY AWAY!!!! SHOULD BE 0 SYSRS!!! EVERYONE WITH A BAD REVIEW IS RIGHT? Very unprofessional on the phone and in person. They waste your time and gas. I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS 1ST!!!

This is place is the worse clinic with a lot of unprofessional nurses. Lazy because they take like 2 hours of lunch even more when they say they close at 2 and open at 3 which is not true.
