Dr. Loftin and his staff have gone far and above taking care of me. Thankful the Lord sent me to them! My diagnosis has turned out not well for me. But they have gone far and above to help me. Very friendly staff. They were very accommodating when I had to reschedule my appointment. My 3 year old also goes there and the doctor and nurses are great with him as well. He gets a lollypop every time he has an appointment.

Very friendly staff. Short wait time. Dr. Stevens was amazing with my child. They took very good care of him and was very patient with him not being able to hear well ♥️ update months later my child had some issues with his ear and some bleeding. I called the office they seen him that day and treated his infection I love the staff and the doctors!!! This is the best one in town!!!

I’ve been taking my son to Dr. Rosenstiel, and we’ve had a great experience. I appreciate the fact that the time spent waiting is always very minimal (this has been consistently the case throughout our visits). The staff is warm and friendly. I have nothing but good things to say about Tuscaloosa ENT!! Highly recommend.

I was seen timely for my appointment. The referring Dr/clinic did not provide the history of my problem which caused my wait to be longer. After this was obtained everything went smoothly. Dr Loftin was very easy to talk to and answer questions.

Very nice place to visit for ear, nose, or throat problems. Doctor Stephenson is checking on my throat ailment to find a solution to the problem. He is super nice and really concerned about helping me and that matters to me. The nurses treat me great at every visit I have. I feel as though I have been to a real doctor after each visit. It's a great place to go.
