I was a trainee of this clinic for over a year and I continued to stay on past my graduation. I had such a positive experience with Turning Point. There was so much camaraderie and support throughout the agency. I definitely recommend it to new therapists entering the practicum field!

When they were in Santa Ana, over 5 yrs ago- different pp in operations- they were very professional. I stayed over 2 yrs with the therapist I had & followed her into her private practice.
Now, their setting is sloppy, cheap, chaotic. Clients get no privacy. If you feel like crying or expressing anger, you know everyone can hear you.. The 'therapists' are not knowledgeable and say very inappropriate comments. The receptionist is loud and not professional. Avoid this place if you want serious, empathetic, educated therapists

Horrible!!!! I have attempted SIX times to get a hold of a manager or supervisor regarding billing via email and leaving messages with the receptionist. It has been 2 weeks and I have not received a response. A manager and supervisor is never available when I call. And I can I get that they do not check their emails. I am very disappointed in Turning Point because they have ignored me even though I lay out of pocket for sessions. I do not recommend Turning Point as they will not get back to you if you want to speak to management.
