All of my communications and interactions with Tucson Wellness staff have been convenient and comprehensive (utilizing text, email, and phone calls). My initial consultation and subsequent phone appointment with Madison have been helpful and informative. I've never felt rushed or pressured, and she took time and consideration in answering my questions. I'm looking forward to my wellness results and working with Tucson Wellness towards accomplishing my goals!

My appointment at Tucson Williams was at 8 AM in the first person that greeted me was Gary he was very nice and eased me into the office. My appointment went very smooth and they explained everything to me. After I was done Gary actually greeted me at the reception desk and we talked for about 30 minutes about health and wellness. Building muscle . I really like the friendliness of the office the cleanliness office and the personnel was just amazing.

I have been coming here for a month and each time I visit I am greeted with genuine kindness in such a beautiful space! Each staff member is amazing at ensuring you have the information to progress on your health journey! Upon arriving my first visit, I was offered a bunch of tools and options to ensure I reach my personal goals but also have a better idea of my health needs! I cannot gush about the amazing staff enough!

5 stars for the doctor but staff is definitely not helpful.

Dr. Minor is amazing. He spent time to explain the results of my tests and gave me options and answers. I’m so grateful to have been able to find this amazing medical office and get answers I didn’t get from any other doctor before!!

The front office staff was much the opposite. Working with them is extremely frustrating. They made mistakes on every part of my account from the start and when I called in and had questions or need something else they don't listen to what I tell them and I have to repeat everything. I am unable to get a message to the doctor in a timely manner to get help when I just need a follow up question answered. They don’t seem to be in line with anything in my records.

This was my first visit and I am so impressed by how friendly , helpful and knowledgeable everyone I’ve met here has been! Especially Karyn, I came in with so many questions and some additional genetic health issues and she has been amazing with explaining everything in great detail in a way that I can easily understand as well as walking me through all of the additional benefits of the services offered.. while still always keeping in mind, my specific needs because of some of my genetic traits. I am super happy that I made this appointment and look forward to the next couple of months regarding changes to my health and weight .

What a great experience so far. All the staff is welcoming and have made my appointments quick and easy. Dr Minor was thorough and answered all my questions with a smile! Amber is so kind and patient. They even communicate via text which makes it convenient for updates and appointment communication. Great job guys!
