I recently visited Tucson ER & Hospital and was incredibly impressed by my experience. From the moment I walked in the staff were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. Not only did they address my concerns quickly but the level of compassion and professionalism by each team member made all of the difference. The hospital was very clean and well-organized. By Far the best experience I’ve ever had in a hospital. The entire staff was kind, attentive to my needs and thorough with their explanation regarding my situation. They didn’t seem bothered or too busy. And you can tell they all enjoy their job helping people. Can’t thank them enough for helping me. I 1,000% recommend Tucson ER and Hospital.

This was like no other emergency room experience I have ever had. Wait time was maybe 10-15 minutes, got me through triage and walked me straight to a private room with a bed. The nurses made sure I was comfortable, gave me an IV and were very quick about all of the labs, X-ray and CT scan I needed. The doctor was great in explaining the results and I felt comfortable knowing what to expect and how to move forward. The whole thing took a couple hours which is nothing compared to TMC where you will wait 2 hours just to see a doctor, then if you need tests another couple hours and then wait for results as well. I’ve spent 7 hours at TMC before and half of it was spent in the hallway, I never even got to see a room. This was NOTHING like that- I felt like a valued patient

Everyone there at Tucson ER Hospital is great from the receptionist to all the Nurses and Doctors they are all exceptional. Have not had a bad experience there yet. My only wish is wish they could of taken care of my husband more during covid I am certain they would have done a better job than the other hospitals maybe he would still be here to day who knows. Tucson ER Hospital is an outstanding place to go when you need help. Thank you again for being there for me

I have been here twice. Once for myself and once with my son. Both times we were greeted kindly, fully taken care of, and had a Dr who listened to everything we had to say.
We were seen promptly, we didn't have long waiting times in the lobby or the rooms.
I tell all my friends about Tucson ER!

The staff was so friendly and competent, the exams were very thorough, and I had a full work up and results in about 2 hours. Unreal! They really listened and did all they could to find the cause of my pain. MRI, CT scan, bloodwork, EKG - I felt very taken care of for a scary situation. Highly recommend this business, great doctors and a great team.

I never write reviews ever, but this hospital deserves more recognition. I went into the ER twice and the staff have been very quick to get me in and out. Everyone is so responsive and friendly. The place is very clean, nurses seem to know exactly what they are doing, great front desk, awesome doctors. The only downside is they don’t participate in medicare and medicaid programs, but luckily mine was accepted and I was able to co-pay. It’s better than suffering in pain.

This was a very quick trip. I would have waited hours at most other urgent cares around Tucson. The doctor and nurses were very professional and attentive. I would highly recommend them.
