My original doc was out of town on vacation this week, so I was told to go to an “urgent care” near me. So happy I decided to give this new clinic a try. The ladies up front were wonderful when I called to ask about insurance coverage even though they do not take my insurance (BCBS) it was only $85 out of pocket. I scheduled an appointment for an hour later ( which isn’t needed if I had chosen to just walk in. Just wasn’t sure how busy they would be ) I was in and out within 20 mins and Dr.Patel was very polite and thorough. The place is brand new, so very clean and inviting. Hopefully they become a staple for our small community. A good clinic that is clean and a doctor that is knowledgeable and listens is always a huge win. Welcome to the community.

Went in for a rapid COVID test during lunch on a weekday and luckily no wait. Mrs Kajalben Patel greeted me and kindly addressed my concerns in a timely manner. She mentioned they recently opened (very clean and new) and also, offer primary care options. Super convenient and friendly.

The staff is amazing & efficient they have made very good suggestions on my health. Any questions are always answered. I came here for the first time and I was kindly greeted with a smile. The nurse and the doctor were very nice, professional and informative. The waiting area and exam room were very clean, neat and appeared well sanitized. The wait was not long. I really appreciated how the nurse and doctor made me feel like my health and well-being was important to them and they listened. The doctor was very thorough and did a great job of explaining as she examined. I trust returning here if I should ever need to see a doctor again. The customer service was great.😁

Amazing place! The staff is friendly, easy to talk to, and the doctor is so nice, and knowledgeable. Office and rooms are clean and new which is refreshing. They didn’t take my insurance, sunshine state, but I paid out of pocket and it wasn’t outrageously expensive. I was called back as soon as I finished my paperwork, seen right away and out the door in less than 20 mins. Easiest walk in appointment ever. Would gladly pay out of pocket again to come here, instead of sitting over an hour in one of the urgent care places around here that does take my insurance. Highly recommend!

I went in for what I suspected to be Blepheratis (eye condition) the doctor scoffed at my suggestion, despite hardly even glancing at my eye and ver confidently determined that I was having an allergic reaction to something I ate, despite my assurance that I don’t have any food allergies. She explained that she gets a small rash on her finger when she eats quinoa, so she’s sure that’s also what is happening to me.. The treatment she prescribed didn’t help whatsoever and I eventually went to a different doctor who told me this was a clear case of Blepheratis and provided me with treatment which actually helped. I called True Walk-In Clinic twice, explaining my frustrations for wasting my time/money and was promised that the office manager would call me back but I’ve obviously never received that call. I should have known better to return to this office, seeing how I previously went in several months prior with painful mastitis and the same doctor shamed me several times during the appointment for wanting to discontinue breast feeding. Never again.

Have to say This is the Quickest clinic I’ve ever been to. They had me diagnosed super quick no waiting in wait room wandering if someone was going to see you. They listen to you . Great smiles friendly people . If I ever have to go to a clinic again this will be the place . Not that a clinic experience is something I want to do But for the circumstances great experience. Felt like they cared not just a number like most places make you feel.

No wait time. Was seen by Dr. within 10 minutes of entering the exam room. Excellent Dr. and staff. Very efficient and friendly. Extremely reasonably priced for an urgent care exam.
