Will have to look somewhere else. Cigna insurance does nothing to reduce the cost. Wonder what people are to do?

This my 5th pair and my expectations were high. I listen to music all day. The last pair were not doing the job. Conversations and TV were hard to follow. The staff here is amazing. They really took the time to help find what is best for me. I did Oticon behind ear. So far it's been about 2 months and I couldn't be happier!

Awesome customer service. I wasn’t yet a customer, walked in and asked if the could help me with my hearing aids. They took them in the back, cleaned them, and gave me complementary filters and domes. Weeks later I stopped in again asking about a repeating error code. They were unable to determine what it meant but again cleaned, replaced the batteries, filters, and domes. Well I just had my hearing test and they were much more through then both of my previous ear specialists and had much more up to date technology too. Great customer service, great technology, quick service. These folks rock!

My mother in law is visiting from the UK, and her hearing aid stopped working. I called these guys and they said no problem and told us to bring it down. They were amazing and able to quickly resolve the issue and even gave us some spares to take away.

They were so kind and helpful.

I had never had hearing aides before and have needed them for many years. One of the obstacles was technology to improve my particular hearing loss and fear of cost. I was relieved when I found that present hearing aide technology would greatly help my hearing and that the audiologist picked the hearing aide brand that had the correct technology for me. It turned out to be a great experience that has helped me hear much better. I can’t thank Esteban and his staff enough for being so nice and professional. I have been back for several scheduled checkups and have always had a great experience. I don’t usually write reviews but this business deserves the praise.

My experience with TruEAR began with a solicitation from them to have my hearing evaluated and to test a new device from one of the manufacturers they represent. My initial meeting with them was very pleasant. My appointment with Esteban went off on time. He explained how hearing is evaluated and what I could expect once the testing was underway. There were no surprises. He explained the results to me, programmed the devices for my test results, showed me how to use them and made an appointment for a follow up this week. So far, I am very pleased with them. Should I end up obtaining hearing devices from them, the service after the sale is the more important measure. Time will tell. It always does.
