My child has been charged twice for no shows that she called and cancelled. They keep time stamped voicemails and notes of the cancellations and still charges no show fees of $100. They are taking advantage of their patients. Sarah is the provider in this case.

Beware, it is not a "True Joy"! They have no problem canceling your apt on you day of but when you have anything happen they are more than happy to collect all the money they can from you! No communication from the counselors, just take your money. Very disappointing, go somewhere else to feel cared for. Experienced this with two different counselors, Sarah and Katie, how sad. Would be less stars if I could.

Amanda Brunson completely cut me out of my sons counseling, and even relayed abuse concerns I had shared with her directly to my ex wife. Receptionists canceled appointments I made to speak with her by claiming her calendar was suddenly full, even lied to my face saying she couldn’t see me because of another patient with an empty waiting area right behind me. When I demanded access to my sons records the office manger yelled and cussed at me, a father trying to be involved in his sons care. They were completely unprofessional and saw no value in involving a father in his sons counseling. Stay far away.

Don't go to taryn because she honestly doesn't care about abusive situations. I decided to have an appointment with my parents to fix a situation between us and when clearly things weren't going well. I asked my parents to leave and they refused and she even heard my own father say he'd continue to abuse me and she didn't even kick him out of the room. I had to leave my own appointment. I'm never going back.

Taryn is awesome! She has gotten me through a lot of crisis’. She is honest and May not always tell me what I want to hear but she will always walking me through it. She isn’t one of those therapist that gives you fluff. SHE IS STUCK WITH ME.

Giving two stars for the counselors that I've worked with here that are actually helpful. DO NOT use Colleen. She changes her cancellation fee without notice to patients and just tried to charge me $200 for a missed appt! An appt I missed because I was unable to drive after taking a medication for anxiety. I'm not a chronic no-show or rescheduler. In two years of going to her, this was my second time missing an appt. The first time, totally my fault and I paid the $75. Apparently the missed appt fee went to $200 with no notice. I can't believe a mental health counselor has no understanding for someone having to take a PRESCRIBED medication for mental health issues that left me unable to drive safely to my appt.

Amanda is a wonderful therapist. She is EMDR trained and it does wonders. You couldn't ask for a better therapist to help with trauma. She is kind and caring. She will walk you through the whole process.
