PLEASE READ If you take your child to this location and believe they have AUTISM you should read my experience at the hoffner location with Dr. Martinez - Angel... 5 years ago I took my son here the first year and a half of his life. From early on I suspected my son was autistic. By the time he was 15 months old Dr. Martinez reluctantly gave me a neurology referral for my son and early intervention referral because he still had not spoken any words. I told her I met a nurse who had a son who displayed the same signs as Carter at his age and he was later diagnosed autistic. Dr. Martinez told me that the nurse mom was probably just making me want to believe my son had autsim because thats what these crazy moms do they dont want to feel alone with having an autistic child so they try and make you think your child has autsim too. I was shocked because thats extremely mean to say about the woman i spoke to who was just trying to help me. ....I went to the neurologist when my son was 18 months old he was diagnosed with autism in only 20 minutes of the neurologist observing him. She said she NEVER diagnosed children under 2 years old but it was that many red flags that's she was confident he was autistic. When I returned to Dr. MARTINEZ at true health and informed her of his autism diagnosis she completely disagreed. She said she sees hundreds of kids hundreds and if he had autism she would know. She said, Look, he acknowledged me when i walked in by looking at me. She insisted he was fine. She said the diagnosis was wrong and that she garentees by the time he's six, they will have taken the diagnosis away, and it won't even be on his record anymore. That was the last time we went to that doctors office, and I would like to give you an update, Dr. Martinez I hope you read this.... my son is 6 now hell be 7 in a few months.... He is SEVERELY autistic. He has a SEVERE mixed language and receptive language disorder. He is completely non verbal. He is still in diapers. I will be his care taker his entire life. It was abundantly clear back then my son was autistic. You know how obvious it has to be for a diagnosis that young extremely obvious. My son was literally stemming in your office while you were saying he was fine. If you still work there and are still so ignorant about autsim I feel so bad for your patients and there parents. I luckily was not in denial about my son's diagnosis like you were but alot of parents are and you can be giving alot of parents false hope. If you go here and you think your child has autism if they say no GET A 2ND OPINION this place had no idea what they were talking about unfortunately. That's all have a great day.

Dr. Martinez and her team are the best! Upon arrival when checking in for your appointment , Brittany greets you with warmth and a big smile. She is quick, efficient, and makes the process smooth. Once called back to go into a room, the Dr. comes in and remembers your child after the first visit. She's sharp and knows her stuff. She is the only pediatrician I will ever recommend. Thank you all for going above and beyond the call of duty.

Dr. Smith-Sutton delivered my baby. It was a high risk procedure but she did a wonderful job and I felt in such capable hands. She is wonderful! Also, so nice to see a black female doctor. Now, my baby is seeing the pediatrician here, Dr. Martinez-Angel. She is so nice and great! I love that everything (primary, OB, pediatrician) are all at one place. It’s so convenient.

I have been going there for 3 years+ and I can truly say that I love this place...no pun intended
The nurses are very caring and sweet specially Mercedes who has been an inspiration for me and has giving me real life advice. I love my physician Fatima K. and can't say enough good things about them ... I have A better Silver Package and can't advise more for those with this insurance to go there ..You won't regret it I promise....

Just want to say I had a great experience today as a new patient. I changed doctors because this office is close to home & work for me. I was a little nervous at first because the reviews on this place are very low …. But that was not my experience at all. Judy at the front desk was very sweet and helpful! Working at the front desk is not easy & I appreciated her patience. The MA Rita was also very nice, she made me feel comfortable. I would say the wait time in the room was a little long, but I also understand I’m not the only patient in the office 🙂 I saw Dana and she was very straight to the point which I appreciate!

I was skeptical about this place because the stars but turns out so wonderful! Just to start, Judy the receptionist was so helpful, nice and professional when I arrived, second Grissel the nurse took great care of me and last the doctor Fatima was very professional attentive and responsive to all my questions. I highly recommend. Sometimes people leave bad reviews because they want to be treated nice when they don’t treat others nice with respect. Just saying!! 😊
And the best I was in an out in less than one hour!

When you first step into this location you are greeted with such kindness and a warm welcome. Yudi helped me check in and was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. The doctor is also very caring and attentive. She made sure that she answered all of my questions before she left the room. I love this place.

The only issue I've encountered in this place is their unprofessionalism with each other. While sitting at the waiting area one of the lead staff was talking about the other staff without being present and not taking into consideration that there are patients as my self listening to their gossip. Very unprofessional and not discreet. I understand things happen among employees but at least wait till there's no patient around. Overall everything else went fine.
