I am so thrilled I went to True Compassion Urgent Care! All of the staff members treated us with kindness, and respect. I was evaluated quickly, and everything was explained to me. As an out of state vacationer, I would recommend True Compassion for all your urgent care needs. They also offer vitamin injections to give you a little boost. 10 STARS

BEST urgent care i have ever been to!!! I got a hook snagged straight through my finger then called them to see if they were open and immediately they were extremely kind. Once i got there they helped me out and were friendly with me the entire time and they made sure i wasn’t gonna pass out because i felt extremely lightheaded. Don’t even get me started on the lady at the front desk (the rest of y’all too of course🫶) she was AMAZINGG and helped guide me through the whole process of taking the hook out, and she even helped me with paying because i couldn’t really stand to well.. They all kept my spirits up and they even let me keep my fake bait would give 6 stars if i could. Would come again🙌🫶(hopefully not tho)

SCAM! Read this review and the others that report scam. I was told by the person at the front desk that True Compassion was considered in-network for my insurance. However since I met my deductible through my insurance, I would now have to pay them the out-of-network price, which was $275 to just be seen. I told her that was not possible. They cannot charge me a fee simply because I met my deductible already. She then asked a question and answered it herself, "Why do we charge out-of-network when you've met your deductible? Because that is our policy, no reason why." If I had been well enough to go elsewhere I would have. After paying the $275, I was given a receipt as if I was shopping at a Bodega for jewelry. It is not evidence enough to submit for proper reimbursement from insurance. Upon emailing their billing department for an itemized receipt, I got an automated reply to let me know they've received my request and will respond in 5-10 business days. I can just imagine the itemized receipt will be made up, because how else did they know how much the appointment would cost prior to me being seen. Additionally, a man who entered after me said he was going to be charged $200 to be seen. Other recent reviews state other amounts. Avoid this walk in clinic. They are engaging in sketchy business.

Amazing service! I was very nervous about my abdominal pain. I was hurting for days before I was able to come (I was out of town) and they took care of me quickly and efficiently. I don’t have insurance and they were kind about that, helping me figure out the cheapest way to get help. They live up to their name! They were very compassionate!
