We are very pleased with the care True Care Hospice is providing to my mother. Eric Chiang and the staff are amazing! They are great communicators and are such good advocates for my mother. We felt she wasn't getting the care she needed at another residential care home. When we mentioned our dissatisfaction, Eric and his team recommended another home. We moved her in immediately and we couldn't be happier with the staff there. She adjusted right away. She is much happier and is doing very well there. Many thanks to Eric and the True Care Hospice team!

My mother was a patient under True Hospice Care for a couple of months. Juan, LVN and Tina Cates, Social Worker took great care of her at the nursing facility she was in. Juan visited her once weekly or whenever needed & kept in contact with our family & her Dr. to make sure her pain and medications were adjusted to keep her comfortable..Tina was excellent help and made regular visits to make sure my mother got the best care to keep her comfortable. Whenever I requested or was concerned about my mothers care @ the facility she was in, Tina took care of it right away. She also took time to help my mother w/her anxiety and hallucinations she was having. Great service and team to take care of my mother during her end of life care.

True Care Hospice is Amazing! Sarita the Director made the process smooth and comfortable for my dad once she received my dad’s referral she called me every day to check on us and to see if we need anything . The entire team at True Care starting with Tawny , Justine, Ryan and Juan and Sefina have been caring and helping me & my mom with my dad’s care.

Mom received excellent care from True Care Hospice. Every element of my mother's in-home care was handled by their staff. Anything we needed was never given to us more than once. In many cases, they were aware of her needs before we were. In terms of suppliers and pharmacy resources, True Care Hospice has a strong network. Supportive aftercare has been extremely beneficial. Thanks a lot. Tru Care Hospice is something I do endorse.

True Care Hospice gave my mom excellent care. Their staff took care of all aspects of home care for my mom. We never had to ask more than once for anything. Often they knew what she needed before we did. True Care Hospice has a great network of suppliers and pharmacy resources. Aftercare And support ha been so helpful. Thank you.
I do recommend True Care Hospice.

I have nothing but great things to say about True Care Hospice! They were absolutely incredible! All of the nurses, (especially one in particular; Seno,) were all so helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciate everything they did for my grandma. ❤️

True Care Sac. The worse hospice care ever I've ever experienced. Not organized. Sent LVN Eric to see my sister and he said she wasn't ready for hospice. He told us that she should go to the hospital and that her pleural X drain was leaking and the NG tube was clogged. Eric the LVN said she would choke to death if we didn't take her to the hospital. Eric the LVN didn't even set up for an ambulance to come. He was the most unprofessional nurse I've ever met. We fired them as quick as possible. How do you employ someone so incompetent. This was the 12th of July. My sister passed on July 20th.

Because of COVID-19, I was having a really hard time finding a local nursing home that would be able to take my grandmother during her last weeks of her life. I was referred to True Care Hospice, and am extremely grateful that I was! Susan went above and beyond anything I could ask for to help get my grandmother into a local nursing home, and get her comfortable before she passed away. There were so many different obsticles that I was being faced with, and Susan stepped in to ensure my grandmother was properly cared for during her final days. Thank you to Susan and your team for selflessly giving your time and energy, to make sure my grandmother was comfortable, and her mind at ease, during her final days. I highly recomment True Care Hospice to anybody needing hospice services. You will be happy that you chose them!
