I highly recommend Tri-state medical supply for all your supply needs! The staff there are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. My husband got his diabetic supplies through them, unfortunately we can't use them any longer because of our insurance company; however, during the time we were in contact with them Brandy was the best! She is super nice and helped us every step of the way, including transferring the prescription for his diabetic strips elsewhere, although we hated to do that because we really wanted to use them! They are definitely 5 stars in my book!

I recommend TriState Medical Supply over any other DME place out there. Karen is an absolute life saver she went above and absolutely beyond for me that I’m just about speechless. I called over 10 places that could and would not help me in the slightest and Karen didn’t just brush me off like all the other places did. These are the very best people to do business with. I had gotten a wheelchair from them and when it wouldn’t fit thru my doors after taking it home, they swapped it for a smaller one. No questions asked other than trying to help me with the size I needed. Very polite and helpful.

I called to set up an appointment for my medical equipment. The lady that I spoke with was so rude. She told me to contact whoever my doctor requested. I tried to explain to her that my doctor allowed me the freedom to choose who I wanted to work with. She said it again and hung up. What happened to professionalism?

Mrs Birge assistance was extremely helpful. After covid wrecked my lungs several options were made available to for my oxygen needs and I chose the local option. I’m so glad I did. Moments after my call for oxygen they arrived to my home.... and supplied me with whatever I needed. Awesome. Company and employee’s!!!!!
