Incompetent employees. Ask for someone experienced to help you. If they misinform you on a product and you bring it to your car only to go back in within minutes they will NOT give you your money back. Even if you paid cash. They have a rip off point system that doesn't even cover the money you just lost because of being sold the wrong product when I said bubble hash like 3 times or more while I was in the store. The manager will say it is the law to not take returns but it is not. It is their store policy. The manager is rude as well has like half the staff. Certain workers know what they have in stock and others don't know.
If I was able to get my money back which was cash, I wouldn't of been furious. But I was furious when they couldn't give me my money back when I didn't even open the product. Make sure to ALWAYS look at what you are buying when you go in their cuz they don't know the difference between hashes.

They are ALWAYS out of stock. It's like if your that busy, you would think they would want to stay in stock to make more money.
If you call to complain about the service they will not give you any higher heads information or apologize. And their ganja is hit or miss. I will never go back. And encourage other people to not go here.

I would go to the highway. Best dispensery I've been in so far around lake county. The highway has better quality $15 8th sacks. Everyone is friendly and informative. They all know what they have and what they are selling. They got specific with me when I asked about hash. Way nicer and bigger store. And they have a sales of the week or day. As well as no sales tax with the ganja. This is my favorite place to go. If you don't mind going to Lucerne. It is worth the trip.

I use to love this place.Once i started getting mildewed bud i stopped.Today i go back after lord knows when.Oh yes this is my best here.A damn mildew tasting quarter.Never goin back.

Very low prices compared to my hometown. They have $13 carts and $15 8ths. Pretty decent stuff too. There's a variety of higher quality stuff. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I love this place! I love their deals on indoor flower. They always have some sort of special going on. But what I love most about This place is the staff. They are kind,patient,funny,and knowledgable. My dogs and I are always welcomed with smiles and enthusiasm and it so appreciated. Thank you everybody!
