Called to get set up on CPAP as I was just diagnosed with OSA. They said they couldn’t do anything with my prescription because it was from a doctor in CA and it didn’t come from my primary care. Called Lincare in Plattsburgh and they were able to get me set up. They told me they have no idea why I was told that elsewhere, and based off the reviews this place already has, sounds like they aren’t worth going to, I probably dodged a bullet with them.

I have the best insurance around, along with a secondary insurance, along with willing to pay remaining amount not covered for my son who has disabilities and recently broke his leg. This company said they were unable to get us a wheelchair or medical bed for my son. Everytime I talked to connie in the office, she complained about how much paperwork it was for her to do to get the medical bed. When I told her I was willing to pay put of pocket for the bed for my son, she told me the owners Matt and Amy told her they could not help us in any way.Wosrr service I have ever dealt with

wont get equipment from here any longer. dr called in order for a walker. had to have someone else pick it up. not the kind i needed. never used and they wont give credit for the one i actually need. i have never in my life seen a place that wont give credit for the wrong item. cant say it was a special order because i got it the day it was ordered, so it was in stock. lousy business practices when they are dealing with disabled and elderly people. avoid this place just in case they give you the wrong equipment then you needed. have to let all the medical practitioners in the area know about this as well as medicair and medicaid. VERY DISSATISFIED!
