I had an amazing experience at Dr. Andy’s office. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly, making me feel comfortable and well-informed throughout my visit. Maxime the office lady at the front was shocking rude multiple occasions and so badly this last visit I am finding an entirely different primary care all together purely because of how poorly this employee has spoken and treated me. Usually don’t leave reviews but sadly felt like I had to on this one. Great providers but the front desk and office management team is worse than pulling teeth. Rude, unresponsive, unprofessional, and you will be chasing them around. I have records of emails and calls that went unanswered regarding very important medical information. The office manager is the worst of them all.

Dr. Patel is absolutely amazing and super knowledgeable. She talked me through everything and made my visit exceptional. I can’t remember her name, but the PA student that was shadowing Dr. Patel was also so sweet and gave the best care. The front office team is also very attentive and organized. i highly recommend this office if you’re looking for a primary care physician.

Exceptional Care and Genuine Compassion

I cannot recommend Dr. Hussein enough.From the moment I stepped into the clinic, it was clear that this was not just another medical appointment. Dr. Hussein is the kind of physician who truly listens to his patients, taking the time to understand not only the symptoms but also the underlying factors contributing to them.

What impressed me most was his focus on preventative care. Rather than rushing to prescribe medication, he carefully explained lifestyle changes, holistic approaches, and other strategies to address my concerns. When medication was necessary, he ensured I fully understood the reasoning and felt comfortable with the plan.

Dr. Hussein clearly cares deeply about his patients’ well-being. He creates an atmosphere of trust, compassion, and respect.

worked and have made a difference in my health with out taking medication.

I visited the Temple Terrace location shortly after they opened. The office is clean and modern and wait time was short. Dr. Huda listened to my concerns and was helpful in moving forward with my care. I wish that office would have its own phone number since calling the main number requires several tries before someone picks up. My follow up was also scheduled with the wrong provider and I received more than one confirmation with incorrect times. It took several texts before it was corrected. Maybe the staff is getting used to the new office still, but I feel like scheduling should be a straightforward process that doesn't require a patient to correct the staff more than once. Hoping that bit will be more efficient in the future because I like the providers and would like to continue with my care.

Today was my first visit as a new patient for my daughter and my self. Everyone was super nice and had great bedside maners. Water was available in the lobby for patients. The medical practitioner made my daughter a glove balloon and gave her some apple juice. She never enjoyed a doctor’s visit so much. I had a great experience and this will be our Family doctor moving forward. Thank you Ladies for all your help today! You are great!

My first visit here was great! Maggie was able to get me an appointment the same day. Maxine at the front desk was great and so helpful. The NP or PA Bhatik Patel was very nice and answered all my questions and concerts. I highly recommend them!
