I attended a shoulder workshop at TSMR and decided to sign up for laser treatments. I had six treatments from Mike Lynch and my shoulder has never felt better. May pain was from a fall. I tried several modalities to try and ease the pain. Nothing worked like this laser therapy. The Office staff is very nice and friendly. I highly recommend this facility.

Dr Fulton and his team run the best rehab protocol I have ever experienced. Dr Fulton identified the source of my pain. Getting that diagnosis changed everything for me. It makes sense and I’m getting better.

I thought their PT was excellent, however I told the lady who checked insurance that I had just got a new insurance policy and to please confirm they would pay the balance after my copay. I gave her my insurance card to be sure she had all the correct information. I explained I live on Social Security and could not afford to pay any more than the $45 per visit I was quoted. She told me not to worry my insurance would cover all expenses beyond the $45 per visit. After a couple of visits I got a bill for $166.89. I called Trident and spoke to the woman who allegedly checked and confirmed my insurance and she blamed the problem on the insurance company. I reminded her that she told me that she was the insurance guru and not to worry, that I would not be responsible for anything more than my $45 copay. So if you're rich and can afford expensive payments or believe the amount they quote you for payments, Trident has excellent care but DON'T COUNT ON GETTING AN ACCURATE PAYMENT QUOTE! I believe it was their responsibility to give me an accurate quote - that is her JOB! Now I'm stuck with a bill for $166.89 and have no idea how I'm going to fit that into my very limited budget.

Dr. Fulton gave me a clear and concise overview of my shoulder injury and gave me several treatment options. I like that he spends the time with you to help you make an educated decision on how to move forward. What I was able to do in office helped immensely!

The Trident Team is there for you!
Both my husband and I have experienced the TLC they provide. I've seen Dr. Brent for many years. He has helped me through several injuries and after surgery rehab. Most recently, we've experienced healing and long term relief from the Laser Therapy that Mike has added to their physical therapy toolbox. The office staff is caring and friendly, which is an added blessing when you're in pain. I highly recommend! ⭐

I found Dr. Brent Fulton, and his staff to be of the highest caliber! Mike Lynch, the PT, Danessa the PTA and Samantha, the OT are very knowledgeable, and responsive to my needs. I have made great progress with them all! I really appreciate everything they have done and will continue to do for me. Moving forward! I was referred to Trident by a neighbor subsequent to hearing of my shoulder impingement complaint. I previously received a cortisone shot to reduce pain which only lasted a few weeks and the pain resumed, Trident (Samantha) introduced a series of laser treatments which seem to work reducing the degree of pain and discomfort, I'm still receiving the initial treatment plan but so far I haven't had the degree of discomfort driving or sleeping. Everyone I've come in contact with at Trident has been professional and pleasant. The facility is nicely equipped, clean, and I highly recommend these care givers.
