This is a husband and wife "team" that cannot deliver what you need. The 'wife' is extremely rude and will argue with you and insult you. We have called up to 3 times in one week and finally receive part of what we ask for a week later! Very unprofessional and I am completely surprised they are still a business. They forward calls to their cell phones and rarely answer. Seems like a home run train wreck! We never signed for what they bring which seems illegal to me! How can they bill medicare when we never sign for supplies?

Horrible.....unprofessional, can not believe they actually maintain a business. You will not get the supplies you need, they actually probably will say they don't have them, and you definitely will not get them in a timely manner. They are very rude. My elderly mother even heard them cursing her because she was upset they didn't bring her enough oxygen or have the tubing she needed with it.
