I recently started going to Treasure Coast Community Health, I've been to the Vero office on 26th ct and I went to the Sebastian location on route 1. Never have I felt so welcome from the entire staff and the physicians. They are truly dedicated to helping you with all your medical needs. The mental health center is wonderful in both locations. Dr Herns Luxana was my first appt, he is very compassionate and attentively listens to your every word. Today I saw Dr Kimberly Lalota who is very compassionate, understanding and truly a caring person. I just wanted to say I'm completely satisfied with the entire staff and would recommend Treasure Coast Community Health for all your medical needs. They not only treat mental health, there's medical, and Dental as well, which I will be utilizing in the near future. I feel so relieved after my visits as if someone took a giant boulder off my shoulders, ty so much Treasure Coast 😊

Totally disappointed. My appointment was confirmed the day before, then cancelled about five hours before the appointment the day of the appointment. They want 24 hour cancellation notice but they don’t give the same to the patients. Very unprofessional. One manager at another location tried assisting. Then transferred me to the location of the appointment where they were waiting on my call, only to not answer my call and let it go to voicemail. I will be filing a formal complaint.

Dr. Moizuddin, first of all is a very nice, caring person. When you ask her questions, she listens attentively before giving an answer. She makes me feel like she really wants to help. I'm glad to have her as my primary physician!

Office staff is unprofessional, careless, and grossly incompetent of simple tasks or common decency.

I scheduled an appointment with Treasure Coast Community Health roughly a month in advance to establish primary care with Dr. Stephen Blythe. In short: that didn't happen.

This is the breakdown of what did happened:

The individual I spoke with over the phone who scheduled me initially, put me in during a time slot that come-to-find-out was unavailable due to the company's month "All Staff Meeting". Being that this is a known monthly and recurring event, it shows how unorganised and carelessly the staff are scheduling people to book me during those hours for that day.

Fast forward to the day of my appointment: I showed up to the office with some time in advance of my appointment to fill out any necessary paperwork. I walked into the (unlocked) front door and walk up to the check-in counter as one would, only to be greeted by a cold, sour office desk worker that did nothing other than insult my intelligence by referring me to the sign on the front door (which is covered in all sorts of signage as most strip mall businesses do that no one ever reads) and tell me they are closed. She did not offer me any information about the status of my appointment. No proposed solutions or offers to reschedule. Nothing other than basically a nice, helpful 'get out'.

I walk out and look at the signs on the front door and above the area with the window stickers displaying the company's hours of operation is a piece of printer paper containing conflicting information to the hours of operation below it, reading: "Office is closed due to All Staff Meeting will reopen at 10:30am."

I went and sat in the parking lot looking through my messages, voicemails, my call history, and my emails. I called the office number multiple times and requested a call back on the automated system. All this just trying to find out what happened to my appointment, looking to see if I missed any sort of notification of cancelation or attempt to reschedule. Nothing. Absolutely zero notice to be found anywhere. Not even from that disgruntled front desk lady I had just interacted with. Which I find funny how TCCH very openly require that patients must provide them 24 hours notice of any cancelations. Yet I was only given 45 minutes, and not even informed directly (I had to find out by just basically getting shut out after the long journey I took to get there). Nice double standard there.

About 1.5 hrs later, I got a call back from TCCH. Yolanda in Scheduling reached out to explain that my appointment had to be canceled because of this internal meeting and offered to get me rescheduled. She wasn't rude, but she did try to gaslight me by saying that she herself had tried calling me and leaving me a message the day before. Which not only absolutely did not happen (I checked), but is still incredibly short notice for such a preventable problem and a foreseeable scheduling conflict such as this (remember, this meeting happens monthly according to their automated phone system). In the end, she rescheduled me, but not for another 2 weeks which forces me to fork out the additional expense of new travel plans to come back and try this whole process over again.

Given how challenging it is to find primary care in the US and in my area specifically, I've been searching for it in other places I have relatives or people to stay with while I make doctor's visits. I went out of my way and flew to Orlando and drove down to Sebastian specifically to have this appointment. I even fasted in preparation of getting my blood drawn during the appointment!

All to just be met with such profound unprofessionalism and carelessness by their car crash of a selection that TCCH has decided to hire for office staff.

I had a new patient appt with Dr Shahida Moizuddhin. The nurse came in to start the appt, gave me a bunch of additional forms to fill out, and asked if it were ok if a medical student came in WITH the doctor. I said that was fine. The student came in alone and I never once saw the doctor. I didn’t even have time to fill out the additional paperwork that was requested before the nurse came back to change over the room for the next patient. Then, I was referred elsewhere by the medical student and was told they couldn’t help me. When leaving I went to the front desk to check out and was embarrassed for the front desk supervisor/manager that was being yelled at by the nurse. Completely unprofessional if you ask me. I received my visit summary electronically and read through it and there were items in there that says were discussed in my visit that were absolutely not discussed. It’s damn near impossible to find a good doctor in this town.

I don’t like most doctors, so I was pleasantly surprised when Dr Siddiqui quickly earned my trust and respect.

I have a complicated medical history, and Dr Siddiqui not only took the time to listen to all I had to say, he also took all my symptoms seriously. No other primary care doctor has ever showed me this level of respecte before.

Now, my above comment may make it sound like I spent a while talking to him, but Dr Siddiqui wasted no time on fluff and frivolous banter, and I’m so impressed with how quickly he was able to assess and address my situation.

I now know my next step forward thanks to my visit, and I’m so thankful that I finally found a primary care physician that cares about me.
