I was liking the therapist till she gaslit me while I was pregnant. She told me that I should get on disability for my mental health and for my physical health, and I went through all the trouble to start the disability because she said she would sign off of it and after she came back from her two week three week break and we were talking. I told her that I did the disability form and that they’re gonna be reaching out to her soon And she said who told you to do the disability form and I said you told me to fill it out and that you would approve it seeing that I have a lot of stressors and that my pregnancy is a high risk pregnancy due to all the mental stress that I was having at the time. She then said she will not be approving the form as she didn’t not tell me to do that for my mental health as she sees me not disabled mentally. Then the psychiatrist/s just kept putting me on medication instead of listening to me and WITH OUT doing the necessary tests that I needed and then they billed me for a no-show when I called 24 hours prior to let them know that the day that I had to do an appointment with a psychiatrist That I will be in another doctors appointment for iron transfusions for my pregnancy and they wound up billing me. I am very happy that I did not put a card on the profile period. I was really liking the therapist till she came back from her break and gaslit me about my issues which put a really bad taste in my mouth and now I’m actually with a therapy group that is actually listening to me and actually gives a shit about their patience. If you were having issues with this company, please switch over to Hackensack Meridian health. They are the best. It is the Deborah Simon center for behavioral health and let me tell you they are top notch the therapist or top-notch some of the psychiatrist may be new and two of them didn’t listen to me but now I have one that is listening to me and she’s not throwing me on medicine right away and seeing that I am a mother I don’t want to be either overstimulated or sedated and she’s listening to me so if you want to be listened to and heard, please switch the Hackensack. They will eventually get you to the right doctor. I did not purposely switched my psychiatrist. It is literally the program itself. They will switch out the psychiatrist if they see the psychiatrist is not listening. I am on my third psychiatrist and the psychiatrist is listening, so I believe I will be staying with her.

I would give zero stars if possible. I scheduled my first therapy appointment with Simeon Mertyl, but unfortunately, he never showed up. I was really looking forward to starting therapy, and this no-show was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend booking with him.

Charged for a service I did not receive and was charged multiple times at an incorrect copay. Not only that but the office incorrectly scheduled me with a therapist when I specifically asked to be seen by a psychiatrist. Dr.Kobe was unprofessional, talked over me during the whole session and got defensive at the end when I told him I wasn’t interested in further treatment with him.
