Tracy's unique blend of invigorating energy and peaceful calm are why you go to her events. I have participated twice in her women's day retreats, and I was impressed with how she creates a sense of community in such a short time. I networked and met a lot of amazing women, and I also was inspired to look deeper at my own personal development through the activities Tracy creates and guides you through. It was a healing experience, and I recommend it highly. Thank you Tracy!

Tracy is absolutely amazing!!! I went to her Relax Renew and Revitalize retreat... what an awesome day! We sometimes as women don’t realize how we need to take time for ourselves in order to replenish what a busy schedule takes away. Tracy’s classes are exactly what the doctor orders to feel so much better. Tracy has a wealth of knowledge which she shares with the biggest heart ♥️
I will definitely attend more events in the future. It is such a fun day spending time with other women which we create incredible bonds.

Tracy is amazing being who pours her heart and soul into helping other women thrive! I highly recommend her massage therapy services, especially for deep tissue and tension release. She completely resolved a painful hip issue for me and she'll be the first one I call if it comes back. I've also been a part of her events as both an attendee and service provider and it is always a joy to be in her presence. When you work with Tracy and/or attend one of her events, you will walk away with renewed enthusiasm and an empowered essence. Learn to take better care of the only YOU you'll ever have. I recently received a massage from Tracy Rickard and I was truly relaxed and revitalized by the experience. She is a knowledgeable gifted therapist. Having had many massages in the past, this massage was exceptional because she used aromatherapy to engage the senses and to activate the relaxation process. We all know we want to get the best bang for our buck when it comes to a 60 minute massage and getting your mind and body into relaxation mode from the start versus the last 10 minutes is a bonus! That being said, I was quickly in a state of relaxation so I was able to release the stress of the day and be in the moment. Tracy’s energy and her ability to channel it into her work was unique and you could tell that she was able to give into her work the positive healing touch my body needed. There were moments I was able to disengage from my thoughts and be present, which I can count on one hand when I have been able to do as a busy working mom, my mind just never stops. As I right this review I can’t help but tear up as I reflect on the gift that I received through my healing massage from Tracy. It is my hope and prayer that others will be able to experience the purposeful gift that God has blessed this women with.

Tracy is incredible. I attended her full day women’s retreat (among other events) and it was life-changing. I just love the energy that she brings to everything she creates and the exercises she led us through were some of the most powerful I’ve ever experienced. She approaches every event with a full mind, body, spirit focus. I will never miss another retreat!

Tracy is a caring and energetic person who has a passion for helping empower Women through her events and services. I recently attended the Womens' Full Moon Celebration. There was a wonderful Yoga session under the full moon, meditation focusing on positive intention and a friendly sense of bonding with other Women. It was fun! I highly recommend these events.

Tracy's been helping me with private yoga sessions and essential oil education for a while now, and she's proven to be not only knowledgeable but responsive and attentive. My yoga flow is improving and I use the oils daily in my home. I recently asked for a massage as well, and she worked out this pesky neck pain I get from carrying my son around! Overall, her coaching is improving my health and my family's as well 🙂
