My niece bought some vaccines for her dog today and the employee who helped her was extremely rude. He definitely had the "I hate my job" attitude and was just generally moody. I understand that it's a difficult job, but it definitely makes it so I don't want to come back here anytime soon.

Edit: We lost the receipt for the vaccine, so my cousin came in to see if we can get another copy of the receipt. They are the absolute worst here. He has been waiting inside for 30 minutes for help, and when he asked again for assistance, the manager rudely told him that "he can wait". She wasn't wearing a name tag, so we didn't get her name.

Extremely helpful folks in the inventory in this place is amazing! I have 30 minutes before they close and I think maybe I made it through one third of the store. I went in just to buy something and walked out with a ton. Give it a shot you'll be surprised what's in there

OK - I, I admit I visited this store in order to check out my competition. I own a feed store in Lakeport that has been there for over 30 years. This TSC store is fairly new to Clearlake. YES, of course I am biased in my opinion. The store was typical TSC. I wandered around taking pictures for about 30 minutes and was never waited on by staff. I did careful pricing of items and found that my locally owned store had better pricing and a better selection of pet and livestock feed. If you need a quick item and you live in Clearlake OK, but I'm hoping you will keep it local rather than use this national chain store.

I've had some mixed experiences here - customer service is great but lots of inventory issues. Dylan has been the best help so far!!! He is proactive, efficient, professional, friendly and always working, never dragging his feet or any of that. I've gotten better service from him than managers. The store is clean and welcoming, but their inventory is limited, things are often out of stock, things are opened and once we got a poultry heater covered in chicken feces. We also got a product and pieces were missing.

Overall great customer service, poor stocking/inventory and product availability.
