I really like going to Town Center Family Practice because they're all very nice people. Cheryl takes a lot of ribbing from me, and I appreciate her realism. These folks will listen to whatever I think is going on with me, and then they chime in with their thoughts. I think listening is a big deal, and these people don't disappoint.

Dr.Morales is the BEST DOCTOR I have ever had. The first time I saw him he was covering for my primary doctor he was so thorough that I told him I want him to be my primary physician going forward. Dr Morales is very thorough, efficient, kind, patient did I say THOROUGH. He goes over everything with you. He’s a straight shooter and that’s what we need in a doctor. No sugar coating anything. DR. MORALES YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!!

Love the new offices. Dr. Vemuri is a thorough, knowledgeable & personable man who truly cares about patient wellness. The front desk, nurses and phlebotomist are all friendly and professional. They are usually able to accommodate me on short notice, which is an added bonus; I’d highly recommend.

I have been with Town Center Family Practice for years. They just moved from Orange City to this new location. I just love Dr. Morales and all the nurses and staff! They truly care about you and all your Healthcare. The empathy and compassion they show allows me to feel safe and secure with my Healthcare in their hands 🙂

Dr Malki retired and there was a transition with staff but the Office Mgr(?) Charlene, Nurse Sheryl, Megan & the front office girls, NP Natalia Kelley (who I usually see) Dr. Singh (seen a couple of times) - & I'm sure with the help of the entire staff, the transition has been running smoothly now. On top of the transition, they relocated to a nice and bigger location, and no problem with finding a parking spot. One person can't do everything but a team can handle things. The new phone system gives you options and if you don't succeed on your phone call, you will get an automated text and/or a return call by the next day. Technology continues to change and we must get used to it but it is nice to hear that human voice answer the phone. Thank you.

The move to the new office has brought very positive changes to the practice. The entire staff is beyond amazing. My husband has been a patient for years and I joined a couple of years ago .Today we are bringing my dad into the practice as well. Be patient with the phone system. They are working on it. Once you are in the practice you are treated like family. Most importantly they listen to you!!! Such a change from practices that don’t listen and treat you like cattle.

The front desk staff were friendly. Every time I called, the individuals I spoke with were also helpful. The male doctor however was not the most helpful. He completed a physical exam and only asked questions and listened to my lungs. No other routine checks were done that should be performed for a full physical exam (listening to heart sounds, abdominal exam, etc). The doctor never called to review my lab work after I was told he would call to review. I would not recommend seeing this physician if you are looking for someone who does a thorough job.
