Today I had to have a CT scan with contrast, and I went over to Touchstone Imaging, which I always use for any imaging I need done. I don’t think everyone realizes that they have a choice. My experience was fantastic from start to finish. I received all my paperwork online so there was no Form to fill out this morning. I was checked in quickly and efficiently by their friendly staff, waited for a few minutes, and then was called back to a private waiting room. The person who started my IV was masterful, and the whole process only took a few minutes. They went way beyond my expectations so I just had to share!

Easy to make an appointment & they were able to see me within a weeks time. All staff members were very friendly & knowledgeable. Front desk personnel was very helpful with check-in & addressing my insurance/ billing situations. Got in very quickly & both techs were thorough and professional, helped me feel at ease.

I was called to set up an appointment within an hour of returning home from my appointment. I could have had a same day exam but my schedule did not allow it.
I did arrive 30 minutes early and was taken back within 5 minutes of my arrival and check in. I had asked for and received a CD of my X-Rays and MRI. I left the facility only 30 minutes past my original appointment time. Awesome! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Very organized .

I highly recommend Touchstone Imaging Pensacola. I had to cancel my appointment
last week because my precious Sadie went to the Rainbow Bridge. Rebecca was the young lady I spoke to on the phone. She gave me her sympathy. Today when I was leaving she spoke to me and gave me a beautiful sympathy card . That really touched my heart because she remembered and gave me a card. We talked for a little while about our furbabies. Staff very friendly ,caring , and efficient. My appointment was at 330 pm had xray and MRI in and out within half hour .Gave me a locker with a combination for my belongins . Great experience.

This place is very welcoming. Their customer service is amazing. The reps who took the ultrasound was kind, explained everything step by step and made me feel comfortable. I was taken in quickly once arrived. I would recommend anyone I know to book imaging appointments here

The receptionist was excellent. She spoke well. She was well groomed and presented herself well. She took pride in her job. My technologist was also excellent. She was very caring toward me, patient, and she was also well groomed and presented herself well. She also has pride in her job. I will say that the chairs in the waiting room are ragged looking. I did not want to sit in any of them. The chairs should be replaced.

I got a call yesterday that the VA had approved my MRI'S for both of the knees and the Lady on the phone Janet if I am not mistaken got me in for the very same evening and I got in at 8.15pm and by 8.30 pm I was doing my Procedure and 10 minutes for an MRI for every Knee was amazing and then 5 minutes for the burning of the disc was just Great. I was told by Sam you performed the MRI that the machine is newer and thus the performance on it is amazing. Very clean and professional place. The VA should send all its Veterans' there.
