I had a great experience today. The staff is very friendly and made me feel comfortable. They did not rush me in and out which I appreciated. I left with a bra and prosthesis and couldn't be more pleased. Thank you ladies!!

I can not say enough great things about this place and the ladies that work there! I have been dealing with a lot lately and as soon as I walked into this business I was greeted and welcomed! The reason for my 1 star rating is 100% due to how the owner, Carol, has treated me over the two phone calls I have had with her. The topic of our conversations has been insurance and what was reimbursed (that itself is a very long story). She interrupts constantly and in both conversations I have asked her to please allow me to speak. She told me in both conversations that she worked for an insurance company before starting this business 38 years ago. She was condescending to me both times, saying, "Honey, if you are not smart enough to understand this, then I can't help you". She wouldn't know if I "understood" or not because she didn't even allow me to speak. Carol is combative, defensive, belittling and in my last call she didn't even know why she was speaking with me because she was returning my phone call. I am in utter shock at how I was treated. I even put my phone on speaker so my husband could hear and I could make sure that I wasn't exaggerating my reaction. If you read the other reviews you will see that mine is not an isolated incident, but more of a consistent pattern of unprofessional behavior.

I would like to add though that Tangie was very helpful when I was fitted for and received my wig. She is caring and compassionate. My visits went so well, I asked for advertising material so I could spread the word about them at my oncologist and breast surgeon. In addition, I emailed and mailed Tangie my tips for mastectomies, things I had to learn the hard way. So the experience with Tangie is in stark contrast to how Carol has treated me in the two phone calls. I was made to feel dumb and that I was a nuisance.

After your response:
It is crazy to me that you can’t see that you treated me so rudely, interrupted me and were unwilling to help me or listen. Had you listened for a few moments you would have heard my request to file the additional wigs separately as a new claim. You said you were done helping me and hung up the phone on me. I filed the claim on my own for the two other wigs and what do you know I got my $200 back. I didn’t go into all of the insurance here because that wasn’t the point. You were rude and flat out mean to me. Instead of airing all of the insurance information here I sent you a letter explaining it all and letting you know that I am praying for you. I felt that was more appropriate. My prayer is that you take a good look inside and realize that treating people rudely is not good for you or your business. I am very grateful for what you do. So much so I advertised for you at all of my doctors for free and sent you all of my tips and tricks for surgery comfort to pass along to other patients. A thank you and an offer to help me would have been appreciated.

I have visited there twice. After my breast surgery in 2023 and again last year. The lady Debbie is so sweet and took her time to fit me with a prosthetic. Then she helps find the right bra for the prosthetic to go in. She really does a wonderful job 💙🔥💙🔥

Carol Cauthen and her staff were so accommodating, compassionate and helpful.
Carol fitted me with bra's, head scarves and a wig.
She made me feel less anxious about my cancer journey with the empathy I felt there.

Mrs. Cauthen is AMAZING! She’s a survivor herself and knows exactly how and where she needs to help make a terrible circumstance manageable and and even beatable!
