First time here and every one was so nice. I got there around 8:40am and was told the Dr arrived at 9am. I didn't mind waiting since I was the first person to be seen. I brought my toddler to TotalCare after he bumped his forehead jumping on the couch. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and playful, instantly putting my little one at ease. We were in and out in no time, and the level of care and attention was outstanding. I really appreciated how efficient they were while still making sure my son felt comfortable. Highly recommend for quick, kid-friendly service!

Urgent care visit. Extremely fast service, total visit including paperwork was approximately 30 mins. Very friendly and helpful staff.Clean and organized office. Doctor was patient and willing to hear my son out. 10/10 definitely would recommend

Total care walk in clinic was clean and comfortable. My provider had a lovely bed side manner and listened intently regarding my needs. My care was excellent. Thank you Doctors, Nurse Practitioners and staff.

Super disappointed. Check in was quick and office is clean but, once I saw the doctor. It was a bunch of I don't knows for everything. I wasn't taken seriously all because I don't have a fever but I've been red with red veins in the back of my throat, along with a swelling/pain in my ears for 2 months. I can't breathe properly. All she can say was why do I have that. Well that's why I came in, for you to help answer that? I just swallowed the incompetency and went my way within just a 5 minute exam? I practically had to tell her what medicine I should try so that I wouldnt leave with just nothing. I have no insurance so I paid for 5 minutes of I don't knows. At least put a stethoscope and check my breathing and do an exam, maybe that "I don't knows" would have had an answer Just talked and sent me on my way with my pain but took my money 😢

Urgent care that took my insurance nearby was super clean, super nice. And addressed the issue I had. Definitely be going back, And then I got a call back just to check to see how I was. Everyone there was very nice and very professional.
