This is my 3rd time visiting this office. The customer service at the front is great. They are friendly and Polite. BUT the wait time is ridiculous. This particular time I waited over 3 hours to be seen. When I was finally seen By Dr. Lauture, I was disappointed that she didn’t acknowledge my time wasted. She simply walked in as if nothing happened and gave me my results (3 hours for JUST RESULTS). Also, She didn’t even ask my permission to allow a student in the room. I was so frustrated, that I just took my results and left. Having to communicate while Upset wouldn’t have went well. Anyway I’m just grateful that I got my results and that I have the financial means to find another office that will respect my time.

I won’t be coming back where I’m not valued. If you value your time, this is NOT the place for you. Communication and Respect are part of the Care Plan too!

The Doctor was great since 3 stars. But this place makes people wait for so long. No matter what time you have the appointment you will be called inside only an 1hr and 30mins after. Also I almost paid $170 dollars first visit because they weren’t sure about my insurance. I had to call my insurance and make them understand that I didn’t have to pay that much.

My experience at this clinic has been amazing. The Staff there is so attentive, friendly and competent. I felt really safe which was so important as it was my first pregnancy.
Dr Lans and Dr Lauture are both INCREDIBLE! They both saw me during my pregnancy and post partum.
I can't recommend this clinic enough! If I were to have a second child, I would go to them again!!

Great office! Dr. Lateur was thorough, patient and easy to share my concerns with. She made it a point to emphasize her accessibility and takes a proactive approach while keeping it 100% real. I truly felt like she had my best interest in mind. While some doctors I’ve had in the past have appeared rushed and rude, this was not the vibe at all in this office and I greatly appreciate it.

I came to this location due to being frustrated with my previous doctor. From the very first call, speaking with Micah, she calmed me down from having a bad experience with another provider. To speaking with Marie, who is God sent! She scheduled me for surgery keeping me calm in the process as well as checked on me the day after surgery to make sure I was ok. The office manager Jean is incredibly funny and will put a smile on anyone’s face! Last but not least, Dr. Lans is the best doctor on EARTH! He’s communicative, understanding, hilarious, and truly cares for his patients. I can’t imagine being with any other provider after the care I’ve received here. Thank you for all you do!

The Staff are all great, from the first visit up to the delivery and post follow up. I thoroughly enjoyed being a patient of Dr. Lans. Full Disclosure he is very sought after so wait times can vary during different visits but it’s worth it once your little one is here & well taken care of! Thank you Dr. Lans & Team !

Highly recommended, the staffs are nice professional and helpful. The time wait is less than 20 min. Results are well explained. Follow up reminders with messages and calls. The environmental is neat and clean. A friend referred me to that place and I’m satisfied.
