I called to ask if they take referrals through the coverage plan ASH, since they are on the list of chiropractors. The guy quickly said he do not know and to look at the list ASH provides. I said they are on that list and he quickly hung up after I said that. I called 20 minutes later, the same person answered said "hold on", not even " please hold", and hung up on me. They just lost a customer before getting one
