I am a Holistic Practitioner so by nature, I attempt to solve problems without medical intervention. My obstructive sleep apnea was so bad, I had to seek help. Total Sleep was recommended to me and I am so glad I went this route. I felt like I was in a hotel room, not a medical procedure. The staff was awesome! Ashley (sleep tech) was an angel! The most amazing medical company I have ever had treat me. They are extremely professional and go beyond the extra mile for their patients. I wish I could be treated by them for all of my medical needs. I have never felt so cared for and important than the way everyone treated me. Even after you leave their facility, they are eager to help you with whatever they can. I feel truly lucky too have had my sleep study done at this facility... Truly!

I would definitely recommend both getting a sleep study done and using Total Sleep in Vestavia. The whole process has been very nice. The facilities were very clean and comfortable. Almost like staying in a hotel room. Both sleep techs I experienced were very helpful and professional without making me feel uncomfortable.

Total Sleep is awesome. Gracie was wonderful, very attentive and made sure I was comfortable. She thoroughly explained everything that was to be going on during my sleep study and made sure I understood everything. I would definitely recommend Total Sleep to anyone who was going to have a sleep study done. In fact, I already have! The rooms are nicely decorated, simple but not busy. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. If the rating had 10 stars, I’d rate it with a “10”. Thanks for making me feel comfortable, Gracie.

My experience was awesome. I think what really sold me was they listened.. The first night I was there the room did not have a restroom inside so I kinda didn’t want to go down the hall to restroom.. so that morning they gave me sheets to fill out and a review and I listed that it a oh I’d be nice to have a restroom/shower in room( as I have had in past sleep study facilities).. well they second night I had a beautiful large room that had a restroom in it!! I was surprised and excited that they listen and responded immediately!! They get 10 stars in my book!!
