Marina and Miss Kerry were so wonderful. Kind, caring, gentle and took their time. I had to go for an infection that needed to be drained and I was terrified. They eased my fears and were so patient with me. I highly recommend this urgent care as the doctors and nurses really care!!

While visiting Brooksville at Croom Motorsports, I suddenly came down with the flu. I headed to Total Care Plus, and they saw me right away. Within 25 minutes of walking in, my prescriptions were already sent to the Publix across the street. I picked up my medicine and was on my way. The staff was fantastic—quick, friendly, and efficient!

Worst clinic ever. Went in for impacted ear wax,(right ear) was told they can take care of it. Clogged up my left ear, which I didn't have a problem with, then said that I need to go see an ENT because they don't have the equipment to get the wax out. After taking $150. Makes sense now why they took the money before doing the work. Bunch of thieves.

This urgent care is always amazing! Great service from registration till discharge! Every nurse practitioner I have seen has always listened to my concerns! The staff is always very caring and friendly. Definitely recommend this urgent care for your urgently needed medical needs.

Facility charged me an extra $50 for a urinalysis because me telling the Nurse Practitioner what my symptoms are wasn't good enough. The urinalysis was inconclusive, so the Nurse would not prescribe the antibiotic that I need for a common UTI. Instead of treatment, the Nurse suggested I buy more tests. Now I'm out $125 for absolutely nothing and I have to go to another doctor. I am hopping mad.

It's my fault, actually, because I came here before and had a mediocre experience at best. I wrote it off to the clinic being new, but they are using the same broken equipment from last year. Don't come here.

I was seriously ill for over a month, with multiple symptoms such as extreme fatigue, body aches nonstop, shortness of breath and chest pains, horrible headaches and constant vertigo and much more. I literally felt like I was just slowly dying. So much so, that I made two ER trips because of how bad I hurt. I was told I'm fine, that all my tests and results were coming back normal, and sent home to continue my suffering.
One day I was having a really bad day with all the symptoms that I just couldn't even function normally, so I decided to go to this walk in clinic to see if they could possibly do anything to help.
I was seen by the nurse practitioner, and I can't remember her name unfortunately but she helped me in a way that may have saved my life. She listened to what I was experiencing, and made a recommendation for me to get blood tests done to specifically check my iron and my thyroid, so that's where I went next. She also prescribed me steroids which helped me feel a little better for the next six days. From my blood test results I was able to research my levels for iron and discover that I was extremely iron deficient and on the brink of becoming anemic. With more research, I learned that all of my symptoms can be experienced with iron deficiency and since then I've been taking iron supplements based off the iron protocol recommendations, and I'm finally out of pain. I feel like I got my life back and can finally have some relief. All this to say, I am absolutely grateful to the NP at this location who was patient with me, and made the recommendation to check my iron, because I would still be in excruciating pain and miserable if she hadn't. I'm finally on the road to recovery and my mental health has also improved significantly after finding answers. The depression from unexplained health issues for so long was awful, on top of having panic attacks due to thinking I was dying.

took over an hour to be seen. for being urgent care, they arent very urgent. and then on TOP of that the lady was really rude. waited over an hour for a rude lady to look at my sister for 2 minutes & say "oh you need antibiotics"

Edit: This place called my mother to ask me to take my review down when they have my phone number on file. They asked me to take it down because i went there a couple times after i left the review. The ONLY reason i still go here despite the very long wait times and sometimes rude staff and doctors is because this urgent care is 5 minutes from my house. The next closest one is 20 minutes away. When i'm hunched over groaning in pain i'm not driving 20 minutes and then doing another 20 minutes of paperwork just to be seen. it would probably be faster than this place though. I just went here over the weekend with severe pain in my kidney area which i was GROANING AND HUNCHED OVER IN PAIN and i waited an hour AGAIN just to be seen. They say they have more urgent patients and procedures that may extend wait times but i dont believe that for a second. My case was pretty urgent and i waited an hour just to be called back and when they told me to pee in a cup and i said i couldnt because i had gone not long before i got there and i hadnt drank any water they told me they wouldn't see me unless i did. I have a negative experience almost every time i go here because of the wait times and rude staff but i still go here because i dont feel like driving so far just to get to an urgent care. But since they called my mom and basically said "remove your review or don't come back" i will not be returning here. They could have called my number, they have it on file and i'm over 18 but they went out of their way to call MY MOTHER to ask me to take it down which i'm not going to do.

We are snow birds, here 4 months each year. Either me or my husband has had a reason to go to Urgent Total Care every year. We have not once in the last 6 years been dissatisfied with our experience. The people are friendly and caring and the Medical staff have been superb. We do not have a regular doctor down here so we feel very at ease to have someone we can depend on, even if it usually is a different person. They have all been trained well. Thank you all so much.
