Not sure what’s up with the poor reviews, it was my first time coming here today and my experience was great. The front desk staff were very polite, my wait time was maybe.. 15-20 minutes, the nurses were all incredibly friendly and knowledgeable! Seemed liked they cared, and I was in and out and got exactly what I needed done. So I have no complaints! I will be returning. Also a very nice and visually appealing facility.

My experience is always AMAZING every time that I come here. The staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable. My last two experiences were so great, I just had to leave a review. Shoutout to Michael, Daniela, Gabby, Shannon, Miriam and Dr Bentley!! They always provide great service! If I could give this office 10 stars, then I would! I love this office! I wish that they had primary care doctors here. I highly recommend. Everyone who I encountered on my last two visits made my day. You all are so appreciated. Keep up the good work!!

The staff at Total Care 280 is one of the best in the area! Not only do they monitor your time of arrival, but work efficiently to resolve any issues you may be facing. Curb side testing makes it easy for convenient testing applications, and their in-house reception (to review and summary) is streamlined. Thanks again Dr. Amy!

I’ve been going to Dr. Bentley’s office for 10 years now and I find it has been one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Fantastic care, listens, does not judge, and will continue to work with you to find the best solution for your needs, whether medical or holistic… Dr. Bentley and her staff are serious about your health and will not stop taking care of you or refer you to other specialists to ensure you get the best care.

The staff is also fantastic and always helps accommodate my schedule and work to fit me in last minute. Mind you that in the afternoon it does get busy so be prepared to wait a little longer but it’s worth it to receive such great care!

This is the worst experience I have ever had at a doctors office. You go to the doctor to be treated for being sick. All they did was tell me I couldn’t come inside then swabbed me at my car and charged me my copay and said they’d call back with results and that I’d be able to come back and get a steroid shot and breathing treatment. The finally call back the next day and say I’ll have to pay another copay to get those treatments that I originally went to them for. That’s $90 for what should’ve been one visit. The lady on the phone (Angie) is the most rude person I’ve ever dealt with at a doctors office. She doesn’t want to help you and doesn’t care about your well being. I will never go here again nor do I recommend it for anyone. They just want the money from insurance and copays. They don’t care about treating you and that’s sad for a doctors office

Set up one appointment to get evaluated for ADHD because my PCP couldn't do it and immediately switched over my care to them! They got me in same day and even though there was a little bit of a wait to see the doctor, I actually got everything taken care of in one day. They are super helpful and responsive when I've had issues with prescriptions/pharmacies and just overall a very friendly and dedicated staff! Dr. Bentley is hilarious and personable but also very intelligent, so I truly feel like I'm in the best hands!

Been a patient here for years and have always loved Dr. Bentley. Unfortunately Angie has ruined this office and caused them to lose a patient. I have been called numerous times about a bill from December (under $100) even though I’ve been in the office a number of times since December and have never been told about it (would gladly pay in person). I told Angie last time that she called that I was unable to pay over the phone because I was busy and to please put a note on my account that I’ll pay next time I’m in the office & she agreed. Called today to have my prescription refilled and Angie told me that she had my bill sent to collections after my last phone call and I’d have to handle it else where. It’s sad that petty women like her can ruin such a good place but my family and I will be looking for a new GP.
