I just love sam and Wendy even though she is not working there anymore and sam he goes above and beyond for his patients I got a lot I could write about that clinic but I'm not just know that they are very very professional and excellent and I hardly say that about ANY DOCTORS OFFICE keep up the good work.

The receptionists are very customer oriented. Lobby and patient rooms are clean. The support staff are polite and courteous. My provider is very much patient oriented and patient first oriented. He takes the time to listen and give feed back. Overall, I'm very pleased.

I’m so glad we went to Total Access Health and Wellness. This clinic is the closest to us, but we always go to one on Summerhill because we forget about this one. The staff was awesome from the desk, the nurse, to the PA. Quick, Cheap, and Close! I recommend them 100%.

Staff members are always polite. We are always greeted with a smile and receive the best care possible. My family lives in Camden, AR and we drive 1hr 30min to see Sam Nix as our PCP. When my kids are sick I am able to call and get same day appointments majority of the time! Very few times there are circumstances out of their control where I have to wait until next day to be seen! Over all great facility, and AMAZING care brought to us by Total Access! Thanks Sam and staff for all that you do!

Great doctor and staff. Always pleasant and willing to listen. Is in the perfect space between being friendly and professional in what has been one of my best experiences dealing with healthcare professionals. Has never felt like they were wasting my time in any sense. Compassionate care of someone who has different troubles due to mental illness as well.
