From start to finish the experience was first class. Upon arrival I was greeted with friendly staff that offered me a grapefruit basil drink and a lavender infused cold towel. The rooms are spacious. The grounds are classy. The drinks are amazing. The service is spectacular. The only thing is they can really use more poolside umbrellas for this very hot Memorial Day weekend.

We came in late on a Wednesday, with reservations for Thursday to Monday, and the night staff (Chris) was able to accommodate us. Chris was there in the evening and the morning and VERY helpful. Everyone was super kind and engaging, even those who weren't directly working with us. Each day it seemed me needed something and the staff was quick to supply anything asked. The facility was clean, and beautiful. We were there for Stagecoach and the hotel provided activities prior to the event and even tacos after the event. The bellman Noah was able to supply rides to the pickup and drop off location for our shuttle. The restaurants dinner was full of flavor and portions size was perfect. The restaurant also serves breakfast late into the day and it was so nice not to have to get up early after a late night just to make breakfast. The service there was also spot on. The pool has a bar connected to it which was so nice not to have to travel wet to get a drink. The sitting area in the hotel was quite nice as well. We will be back this hotel, staff, food and ambiance is a 10/10.

I enjoyed my stay and hope to stay again soon! The staff at the front desk and lobby area were so helpful. I appreciate that all of the staff will smile and greet guest. It was nice to be offered refreshments as well. Our house keeper was sweet, as were the servers. We felt welcomed with our two small children. The gal working in the shop was also very kind. Everyone seemed like they enjoyed their job.

I loved the room decor and aesthetic of the hotel. So relaxing and pretty, anywhere you went. The jasmine flowers, citrus trees and herb garden are beautiful. The olive trees were lovely as well. My so loved the pool too!

My only complaint is that the food took way too long to come out when ordering from the pool. I ordered fish tacos that’s took 50 minutes to come out - which was a problem for me because I needed to take food with medicine. Otherwise everything was great!

We had an amazing time here! Everything was perfect, staff were so kind and caring, making sure everyone was happy and hydrated with ice water constantly. Rooms are huge, comfortable beds and pillows. The resort is beautiful, plenty of seating area with open fires, beautiful spa. Restaurant and pool bar was where we spent most of our time! I can’t wait to come back. Thank you for everything. X

We loved our stay at Tommy Bahama resort. The grounds are so beautiful with so many welcoming resting places at every turn that it was a joy just to stroll to our room. I like the size of the resort, not overwhelming, very personal. Our king deluxe room was so nice, but be sure if you don't like the room they give you to make sure it is truly in the king deluxe category because we questioned it and were immediately given the room we thought we were supposed to have. Enjoyed the pool area, the friendly staff, the delicious items on the bar menu, even the nice staff in the Tommy Bahama store. We can't wait to return.

This is a wonderful resort. The pool is so nice and massive. The layout of the resort and the trees keep it very cool which is so refreshing in the desert heat. The frozen Mai tais at the pool bar are very good too. This is a dog friendly resort so we brought our small pups and I think they had more fun than we did! Every dog here was well behaved and social. For a place this dog friendly it was very clean and didn’t smell like a dog resort. No pee smell and not a poop left out. The fire pits and outdoor dining patio is so lovely. They have bocce ball, games and live music.
So many fun activities! We will stay here again.

Great spot ! My room was ready at noon. (My arrival time ) pool is great, rooms are great! Daniel Gibby is the best Sales Manager! Great vibes overall!love the music by the pool. I actually love self park vs valet. I get to keep an eye on my own car 🙂

We love this place! We stayed here twice in 6 months! Great location outside of Palm Springs. Has 2 pools, pool bar, restaurants and indoor bar as well. You can even pick your own fruit and juice it, how cool is that. The rooms are very spacious and clean. One disadvantage is that SOME rooms are on a second level, which is great for a view of the property, but no elevator access so if you struggle with mobility make sure to request a ground level room. Food is fantastic and drinks as well. Love the shop for Tommy Bahama items and specific to the Miramonte too. Would highly recommend.
