Zero empathy or compassion even if you’re facing metastatic cancer and a mother of a toddler. Just sits and checks his boxes and waits for retirement. How he has 5 star review is beyond me. He doesn’t take time to review transferred records from cancer center. Was completely unaware I had thoracic surgery 5 months ago…

Just smiles and nods. My mother-in-law is showing clear signs of dementia, no one is helping get her diagnosed. "oh, she's just a little confused". Really? Eating old food, making herself sick, gets lost driving, doesn't take her meds that are prescribed and thinks she is working undercover for the government. How can we get the proper care for her if no one diagnoses her? Can't get her to another doctor because she is stubborn and likes a doctor that says nothing is wrong.
