From the moment I walked in the front office staff was friendly and welcoming, and the office was clean and well-organized. Dr. Nasserzare took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything clearly, which made me feel completely at ease. I have been dealing with a health issue for a few years and have been seen by multiple doctors. No one could solve my problem until I met Dr. Nasserzare. I am so thankful for him and his team! Great doctor, rude receptionist. The receptionist just schedules visits without telling you instead of picking up the phone and coordinating with you. I needed an appointment urgently and she dismissed my concerns and made me an appointment a month out. I asked for my records and she told me it would take At least 2 weeks. I work in the medical field and it’s a 2 minute process max to send records.

Edit: My primary sent you information as to why I wasn’t going to receive care a few months. Also I have a new referral for a different issue which is urgent. Giving an appointment a month out for an emergency is unacceptable. Also withholding my records for weeks which I need in order to transfer to a new doctor is ridiculous and should be against the law.

i have been seen by Naserzzare for more than 5 years and i went from a hopeless situation to a controlled one very quickly. He gives time to his patients, he listens and explains everything in detail. i couldn't ask for a better doctor. He is simply excellent and his assistants are great too.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional customer service from beginning to end! Everything inside the clinic is quality designed and gives off a minimalistic yet modern feel. Also, the staff were very inviting from the moment I walked in, introducing themselves with warm smiles that really made me feel welcomed. The young woman, Mina, constantly checked on me throughout my appointment to make sure that I was comfortable the whole way through, engaging in fun conversation as I waited to see the doctor which really took the edge off and reduced my anxiety. Dr. Nasserzare was extremely professional and spent much of his time explaining everything to me, each time double and triple checking to gauge my comfort level and asking for my feedback on particular topics. I could tell he was genuinely interested and cared for my well being. I’m definitely coming back again once the holidays are over and I would recommend Dr. Nasserzare every single time! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Saw Dr. Nasserzare for the first time yesterday and had a wonderful experience. He has such a great bed side manner. He listened and took his time to answer all and any questions I had. Came up with a diagnoses and treatment plan which he discussed with me in detail. Would recommend this doctor to anyone and everyone.
