Had a video appointment with Dr. Padmini and her team about a week before (11/21/24) thanksgiving and was told I’d hear a follow up maybe the next week about testing and starting therapy and even about possibly doing more bloodwork. I haven’t heard anything back since (12/17/24). I didn’t see anywhere that the appointment would be with others also so that was pretty awkward telling two other people my current stressors. I’ve emailed twice on your website to get more information too and haven’t heard anything. I know I should have called but on top of my mental health issues and autoimmune issues I also have to work full time Monday through Friday so my time is limited. I don’t write reviews normally and I will be finding a different psychiatrist

What can I say about this place..
Let me start with it gave me a safe place to escape to every day. A place to be myself, be heard, and understood.

The TMS therapy has really helped me get intrusive and negative thoughts under control. It has calmed my mind, and continues to allow my real voice and thoughts win the daily battles that they have.

Bianca and Renee were the best. One of my favorite parts about this place were the conversations and friendships that we forged during treatments.

Dr. Eppele is very knowledgeable and steers my treatment in exactly the right direction. I truly am grateful to have found this place, and you will be too!

Every time I run out Of my medication it takes them an extra week to fill it, which gives me withdrawals every time. They also never have my medication ready on the day I’m supposed to do therapy. Definitely don’t recommend this place

I’ve been going to TMS for several months now, and right off the bat I knew I was in a place where they actually care and want to help you. I’ve been seeing Dr. Eppele and she’s so kind to me and my parents and she’s helped a lot with my mental health, I like how she takes time with you and genuinely wants to get to know you and help you. I’ve been doing the TMS treatment and everyday that I come in i’m always greeted by the friendly staff and we have nice conversations. it’s a place where you can be vulnerable and comfortable. The TMS treatment i’ve noticed it actually helping with my depression and anxiety, and I’ve been seeing Tiffany the behavior therapist and she’s been a huge help with me learning time management skills and other aspects in my life that i want to improve. With the treatment too I’ve seen improvements with my focus and not getting so easily distracted. So I definitely recommend this place!!<3
