I could not speak more highly about any other hospital or emergency room in Tucson. I thanked them over and over again for being the best ER visit I have ever had. Nurse Dana and Dr. Rosenthal were so kind, caring and compassionate. I was very anxious and asked about a million questions and they made sure to answer all questions and do any tests to put my mind at ease. The hospital itself is new and extremely clean. I don't think I will ever use or bring my family to another hospital.

I recently had out-patient surgery at the TMC One Rincon Surgery Center on Drexel Rd. The entire medical staff was friendly, efficient and they worked well together: Hope, Kathleen, Brittney, Gail, Lincoln and Sara.

Both Dr. Jason Nielsen and Dr. David Lucas were professional and friendly. They both explained the surgical procedure and answered all of my questions which helped to put me at ease. I also received a follow-up call from nurse Kathleen the next morning asking how I was doing. I was very satisfied with the entire process and the outcome of my surgery. I highly recommend them for your surgical needs.

I've been here twice now and they really go above and beyond. I love feeling like more than a clipboard and they give me those feels! Came in today after going to urgent care the day prior and urgent care did nothing. TMC had me in a room in less than 3 minutes(came at a good time so don't hold the time against me if you wait little longer) I already had the Doctor in me room within fifteen minutes. Nurses and CNA were wonderful. Very professional. Trust me; make the trip if need be because they are worth it. They helped so much with the worst swimmers ear I've ever had. My whole face was swollen and jaw was locked and now my pain is at a 2 and the swelling is down tremendously. Thank you TMC staff Nurses and doctors for world class service.

Very efficient office. Never have to wait more than a few minutes for my appointment. I like that they always call me to remind me of my appointment, otherwise i would forget!! Love Dr. Tirrito. Hes very easy to talk to and relate to. I only wish he spent a little more time and that their office wasnt soo dang HOT!!!!

Because of unexpected illness I had the the privilege of experiencing a stay in the ER, and new hospital fir several days. Everyone from the drs., nurses, techs, labs, custodial, food services, and patient case reps,provided such awesome care during and after, my stay, that I told 'em I felt like it was a mini vacation at a hotel!
TMC provides superb, informative follow up, better than ANY other medical facilities in Tucson!

First of all whenever you call the office, they take forever to answer, then when they do, they hang up on you unless you start talking before they say hello. Which is stupid because you have to intricately listen to when they like secretly pick up the phone without saying anything. But this place looks very nice and new and beautiful and it’s in a wealthy neighborhood, but that doesn’t excuse the fact that their staff seem like they don’t know what they’re talking about. It’s like they just want to give you a quick fix like birth control or anti depressants or anxiety meds after you tell them what’s wrong, which also seems like they’re not listening because they are in their computer the whole time you’re talking. Like do you know what to do or are you looking up what to do? I shall never know.

This office lady named Kristan is the rudest office provider for healthcare over ever spoken to in my life ! I called for help on how to receive a ESA letter in urgency for moving. When explaining it was urgent she then explained it’ll be a week wait for my provider to be available. I then explained again that I am looking for any available provider as soon as possible and she said that it is up to the same day provider if she wants to do it or not! That is so sad that this is who we come to for our healthcare and help! You are getting paid to help us out as a community why are you explaining to me it’s a pick and choose option ? If she is picking and choosing then why is she a SAME DAY PROVIDER

On top of that this girls customer service was so horrible when she answered the phone she ignored me when I asked how her day was? Like okay then when I explained why I was calling she was silent making me think she’s not even on the phone ! So sad I wish there were a corporate number to complain because this office or atleast the office lady Kristan is completely unprofessional and rude if you don’t like you’re job go get another one but stop ruining organizations that are supposed to be there to help the community with genuine and kind words !

My doctors keep quitting! I complained to TMC and they said they were very sorry but there is nothing they can do. Meanwhile I have to pay to establish care with a new doctor every time one quits. And I can’t get care until I have an establish care appointment. Its ridiculous.
*Update- because of this review they called and helped me get scheduled. But guess what? The appointment I've waited for for over 6 months has been canceled. *
