My appt w/Dr. Kahjeh was excellent. On-time and took his time. The serious problem with TMCOne is contacting them by phone, unless you're making an appt, but even that is dicey. For all other options such billing, records, a general question (did I accidentally leave something at the office?) - forget it! You're cast into phone tree hell and are put on hold. Forever. You have to physically go there to talk to anyone in the office.

I'm so happy to report that I had a wonderful experience at this office. The front office staff greeted me warmly and even offered me a snack since I had fasted for bloodwork. The MA Pamela was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Dr. Khajeh was honestly so great- he's easy to talk to, knows his stuff, really listened to me and my concerns/opinions, and made me feel at ease. Even the techs that did my blood draw were cool!

I got there early and still got called back quickly. Waited about 10-15 minutes in the room for doc after MA left (but again I was early) and Pamela did let me know doc was still with a patient so I might have to wait a few which was totally fine.

Overall, I'm so happy I went to this office and I will definitely continue to return. Thank you all so much for all that you do!

For being a hospital, there is little to no hospitality. I had a new patient appointment at 10:00 AM, and have been waiting for months to see a PCP. My health has been getting worse but since my old PCP retired, there was nothing I could do but wait. When arriving 7 minutes late, and then waiting in line for around 5 minutes, I was told that they already marked me down as a no show, and that I would have to reschedule this appointment that I’ve been waiting months for. Dr. Strand has shown that she truly cares very little for her patients time and health, considering I waited months for this appointment, drove around 45 minutes to even get there, and because I was 7 minutes late, she requested that I reschedule. This has been a complete insult to me and my well being, and hope that TMC and Dr. Strand are more considerate towards others in the future.

Absolutely love this doctors office. The receptionist are absolutely amazing and go above and beyond. They always seem busy when I'm there but I have almost zero wait time and I'm in and out within 30mins of my appointment. I see Dr herd and she goes above and beyond. The amount of help she gave me was mind blowing. My last few doctors were the kind that take your money and push you away and didn't actually help anything. I've been with tmc one for a few months and already have more answers then I did the past 2 years! So keep up the good work ladies and gentlemen because it shows and made a hudge positive impact on me and gave me hope for doctors again. Have a wonderful day.

I moved here from NY and I have to say the doctors here are a lot better. I see Dr. Herd and she has helped me so much. All the staff here are super nice and respectful and are actually looking to help you. They call and follow up, you can use their app to send messages back and forth and they actually reply to them. It's definitely refreshing to see Doctors, nurses and receptionists that want to help.

I have been going to TMC for over 10 years. I called for an appointment to be seen for possible Covid (I'm 69 so that would be HIGH risk) and was told that since I'm self-paying they cannot see me. I am self-paying because I am stuck between employer's insurance and waiting for Medicare to kick in, waiting for my previous employer (Honeywell) to complete a form (which I do not trust will happen soon or correctly since it's Honeywell). In the meantime, I have money and an HSA card and am more than willing to pay to survive (having bad difficulty breathing). It amazes me that they will turn away a patient of long standing who has money to pay, when that patient is in obvious physical distress. "Something, something about a federal law blah blah that they cannot do that unless they have a clear schedule of estimated fees." Two things: 1) why DON'T you have a clear schedule of estimated fees, and 2) why can't you write a quick waiver for a SICK patient with money to pay?

You've lost my business. This clinic has gone downhill fast in just the last year or so.

Hippocratic Oath: Do no harm.

I have been going here for many years, and until recently, have always felt the level of care was top notch, and the support staff has always been friendly and helpful. My last few visits have left a lot to be desired. I believe the medical staff, nurses, doctors and assistants, are all still very good, but to echo a few of the earlier reviews, the office management is not so great. I told the nurse that the person at what I now know they call "central", meaning not in that building, but supporting multiple facilities, told me that when I was there I'd be able to choose a new doctor. I was happy about this because my doctor retired last year, and the interim doctor that was assigned to me left the practice after only a few months. When I told her this, she looked very confused and told me that they should not have told me that because they are not currently taking new patients. I honestly didn't think much of it, was going to call around and get a new general practitioner, but she seemed very concerned that they told me this, so she wanted me to tell the office manager. She left to get before I was finished asking questions, only really had one more, but as you'll see later, left a little unhappy regarding that part of the visit.

This office manager, whose name I did not unfortunately catch, came into the room and went over everything I already knew from the nurse, and asked what I was told. I went over it again with her, and she interrupted me saying something to the effect of, "No, they wouldn't have told you that". And I said that maybe they shouldn't have, but they did. We went back and forth a bit on that, but I literally had to tell her I didn't appreciate being called a liar for her to keep pushed that point. Again, I really didn't care that much, I'll find another facility, but this was really rude, and the rudeness got a lot worse. The conversation only went on for another 5 minutes or less after that, but it was enough for her to make me feel like an infant with her constantly interrupting me, arguing with me and generally being rude in most respects.

Final thought on her, when I mentioned I still had one more question for the nurse I was there to see, and paid a hefty copay to do so, by the way, she said something like, "No. We won't be able to do that." Can't remember the exact words, but you can see she didn't care at all about me, my medical needs or my feelings as a human being. Too bad too, cause as I said before, I really use to have pleasant experiences there compared to other doctors offices I've been to over the years.

If anyone at TMC would like to discuss this further with me, I would be happy to do so. My initials are RDH, my visit was on 6-28-22, and my visit pertained primarily to prescription refills, hopefully that's enough to hunt me down in your records.

Had a morning appt due to flu like symptoms. Was tested for COVID and was told a prescription would be called in upon a positive test. The nurse called with a positive result same day but no script was called in. I call at 4:30pm and the phones are already forwarded even know their website indicates they are open till 5pm. So after waiting on hold I get a human only to be told there is no doctors available to call a prescription in? What am I missing here? Now I get to call back again tomorrow morning to finally get someone to call something in that should have been done today. Sorry but this is incompetent and borderline negligence. If I could give a zero star I would have. Ugh
