I can't say enough great things about MedFast Urgent Care! I visited them twice in the past two days for a sprained (possibly broken) ankle, and both times, the care I received was outstanding.

From the moment I walked in, Jamie at the front desk greeted me with a warm smile and even remembered me from the night before. Her kindness and attentiveness made the check-in process seamless. Trace, the EMT, was fantastic during my intake—thorough, professional, and reassuring. And Nurse Practitioner Vanessa was nothing short of amazing! She was incredibly kind, took the time to explain everything to me, and made sure I felt comfortable and well cared for.

We arrived when they opened and was seen by Colley. She was amazing! I was there for my 13 year old who ended up testing positive for the flu. He was very sick and they took such good care of him. She was thorough and very present with us. We did not feel rushed at all.

In quick, staff there were pretty friendly. Dr. Was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Awesome bedside manners.

The only small thing I didn't like, which is not the "places, or people's fault"....is the prices. I pay cash . Last year in and out $75....this year $189 that's just to get through the door, no testing or anything else.
