I’ve been going to Dr. Mercer for several years. Him and his staff are wonderful! For a very honest, knowledgeable, and great dentist look no further! Heather is an amazing hygienist and very personable. She makes sure her patients are comfortable and my teeth always thank me after leaving 🙂

Not a happy customer. I usually come to google to leave good reviews, but I cant here. We were hoping to find a new family dentist after our long term dentist sold out to a commerical chain.

We came here as new patients. First visit the hygienist said she wanted to take x-rays. I told her my previous dentist already took x-rays within my insurances allowed time. She called them while I was in the chair and told me they didn't have current x-rays. So we went ahead with the x-rays. Recieved sizeable bills for 2 patients because it turns out we did have current x-rays. Maybe their fault, maybe the previous dentists fault, maybe my fault.

My issue here is that the office manager couldn't care less about the lack of communication in this situation, even though she wasn't there. Her attitude and words to me were. "Well you could gave gotten out of the hygienist chair and left." Which in turn resulted in arguing.

We came here knowing our insurance doesnt cover the costs of their services in full and we were still willing to pay the differences because we understand business and wanted a local office. But in this situation, instead of trying to work on this situation for a long term patient relationship, this lady basically told me to kick rocks and there's nothing she could do. Fine.

The cleaning was fine and the hygienist and front desk were friendly.

But this office won't be our new family dentist.

I have been going to dr mercer’s office for the past 14 years and will never go anywhere else they have always been amazing and treat there patients very well. They make going to the dentist enjoyable. Highly recommend them!!!!
