The store had everything I went in for for wound care. It was recommended by my sister, she's happy with this place. And I saw things that another friend of mine is looking for. So I was very pleased with my experience there and will be going back for any of my medical supply needs.

Deplorable scam! The Cloud website advises no refunds for early returns but due to reviews ( many of which are from other areas of the country) and I thought it unlikely that Cloud and their “partners” would rip off disabled people, I went ahead and reserved a mobility scooter for my nephew who has CP with mobility issues. They make it convenient to drop off at your hotel or accommodations. And when we got to the hotel, it was there. I paid for a crutch holder and they did not include it. Then when we tried it out later that day, it kept stopping and beeping. Can you imagine if you were handicapped and the scooter stopped in the middle of the road when you were crossing? We didn’t even make it a block and had to turn around and go back. I left phone messages and emails to Cloud’s partner Thrifty rentals and they never responded back. I finally got ahold of them at 1:00 the next day. By then I decided that I had spent way too much time dealing with the issue and for the short time we were in San Francisco I didn’t want to waste it dealing with scam artists. My nephew was so looking forward to getting around and exploring. It was the first time he was away from home. Now I’m out $300 for a piece if equipment that wasn’t usable and was actually dangerous. I’d say shame on you to both companies but since they are in business of ripping off disabled people obviously they don’t have the ability to be shamed🥲.

I called and it was answered right away to see if they had this item I wanted and they said yes. As soon as I walked in both gentleman smiled and said hello and how they could help me. I told them what I was looking for and they found it right away for me and even showed me other options to make sure I liked what I was getting. The place is very well organized and clean. Many selections for different items like recliner chairs, walkers and first aid supplies. Will be going back whenever my grandparents need anything.

I never thought I would need to rent a mobiIity scooter, so when I needed one I checked out my local Thrifty! I rented a scooter and It works so well! I love that they have many rentable options to choose from. I originally rented for the week but just extended my rental for the month. I’m very impressed with the quality for the price! And the staff were very helpful. If you are struggling with mobility, check them out. You will be well cared for.

I needed a post op shoe & the lady at the shop was incredibly helpful. She was knowledgeable and kind. This level of service is rare nowadays. I would not hesitate to recommend Thrifty Medical Supply to anyone who will listen.

I went in for a pair of compression socks. They charged me for $87. The box has sticker of $45. I asked and they told me the price has just changed. (Doubled?!) . Then, I came home and found they charged me for a different item. I called and they said they will refund. (I am still yet to verify it the refund get in.)

1. They are not honest when telling me $45 was an old price.
2. I later found the exactly same item was sold for $22 on Amazon.

I was very pleased with the customer service and exceptional efficiency provided by Murad Amer. I was calling long distance looking for a lift chair to be delivered and set up. Mr. Amer asked all the right questions, had what I needed in stock, sent me pictures, was able to deliver and set it up that very afternoon. Thrifty has a wide selection of beds, lift, chairs, wheel chairs etc for health care needs in the home. The prices are reasonable and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They were especially accommodating with delivery and pick up on short notice.
